For me I wound up ditching my toxic friend group shortly after discovering FDS so when I'm not working I spend quite a lot of my time practicing FDS stuff. Maybe it's just cause I used to be such an extreme "cool girl" pickmeisha before but it feels really liberating and satisfying for me to be able to flip the script like this. Like I think of it like a game or a hobby or something and I get a huge rush out of it and it feels amazing. Ngl I probably spend at least much time on learning and practicing FDS stuff as your average dumbass PUA guy does learning how to be a manipulative fuckboy. Probably not the most healthy obsession tbh but I guess I'm just overcompensating a little for my past.
