Glad to hear that women as a collective are starting to be honest with themselves, even if it hurts. He didn't want to, so he didn't. You cOmmUNICATEd with him, but he's still not doing it because he still doesn't want to. If he wanted to, he would. Simple truth that will prevent women from making excuses for men that are ok with disappointing them.

I’ve been seeing an increase in FDS-like opinions on twox as well. For example, calling out pickmes for putting down other women who dont submit to men, calling out scrote behavior (refusing to pay for dates, blaming women for having “high standards” instead of working on themselves). It’s only a matter of time. More and more women are getting tired of low-value bull shit

1000%. It's one of the clearest most easily understood boundary setting tools ever. Instead of spinning your wheels and wasting your energy, you realize "if they wanted to they would" and move on with your life.

I heard a COWORKER say that this keeps coming up for her, about her husband, who she says "doesn't meet her emotional needs". He's not horribly abusive like some of her exs, but they have two young children and they both work full time and he still expects her to do all the housework. I share FDS wisdom and standards with her sometimes, gently, without directing her here (she's a good person but definitely not ready yet), but I never said that specific phrase, so I was shocked and happy to hear it. I do think there is hope for this younger generation

This phrase has been around forever. It’s not solely FDS lingo nor did it even originate here. I wish you all would stop thinking everything comes from FDS
