I had someone do something like this to me. I had hooked up with him previously because that is what I wanted and I liked him. Then he started that Let’s see what happens shit. So I said I want a relationship and he said he didn’t and I said goodbye. I got a message a few days later and he acted like nothing happened. I asked why are you messaging me? Oh, I’m just trying to be nice. BS. Then he asked for a few things like correcting his essay in English and ignored.

Then this beauty a few weeks later: Hi, I want to come over with a some wine and drink it with you. I don’t want sex. I’m just terribly bored and sick of looking at my walls (we are in lockdown).
