I think this is very much culture & socialisation. In some cities & countries the men act like rabid animals & cat-call and harass, other places don’t. Same gender, same sex-drives, same outfits, but very different behaviour.

I think all people should be expected to be looked at to some degree but his singling out tightly clad ladies is certainly misogynistic. I think it applies to all and no one deserves harassment for the way they choose to dress. And I say that whole heartedly as an avid lover of theater, crazy hair colors/cuts/styles, sparkly red tight jeans on Labor Day, boobs out, less boobs out, loose pants, tight pants, etc. and that equally applies to men and women! But no one deserves harassment, which is an odd handed note to his gender to knock it off on some of their bad habits.

And we need to continue to call them out safely when they are staring at us creepily!!

There's a difference between a initial quick glance when someone is in your front of you vs staring. If it's the former it shouldn't be noticeable,and you wouldn't need to worry or make posts like these.Which makes me think you do the latter instead.

Another post on here a few days ago said it best, if men were visual creatures like they so often claim, most of them wouldn't be as goddamn ugly as they are. I'd expect them all to be meticulously groomed dandies, but most men are fucking bums with bad hygiene, bad grooming and bad style. They're not visual, they're shallow.
