I would love to see women start calling out this double standard. Let's make it a normal thing to be like "ew Chad tried to f--k zone me!" And be dramatic like men are about the friend zone. "I don't want to be in f--k zone! Why would he do that to me? I thought he really liked me and we had chemistry" haahahaha. Dont be a pickme though I'm just having a laugh.

Friend-zone= you appreciate them as a person, understand their feelings but can't reciprocate it. And you care about them enough to be friends with them.

Fuck-zone= they objectify you, dehumanise you, think that the only thing you're good for is sex and don't feel any shame in texting "u up?" at 2 am.

I was thinking about that as well and it's because what sex means for men.

Sex is low risk for men. In a hetero situation, the chances are very low that the man gets coerced into sex or hurt/ beaten up after.

In a hetero situation, the chances are very low that a woman will assault a man and coerce him after being alone.

The vulnerability to STDs is lower for men. Women are also biologically more vulnerable to STDs than are men. Women are more susceptible to STDs during sexual intercourse because the vaginal surface is larger and more vulnerable to sexual secretions than the primarily skin-covered penis.

Men can spread HPV all they like, its girls and women that need to get vaxxed and fear cancer.

Sex for men guarantees an orgasm.

Sex doesn't get men pregnant and dealing with consequences.

Men are encouraged to think and to say that they are "more sexual" and have a higher libido than women. This may be biologically true but it doesn't mean men should act on these desires.

To men, sex is overall good and a positive experience with low risk. They don't see a problem with the fuckzone.

When I “Friend zone “ guys I’m not attracted to I care about their feelings and wellbeing. I don’t mind to be their friend. When a guy fuckzoned me once all he wrote is “don’t text me unless you wanna fuck. I don’t care if you die in the ditch otherwise” And that’s all I needed to know about my mistake.
