Bad pseudoscience more like it. The epithelial cells in the vagina are continually shedding, partly in response to “foreign contaminants”. Where, exactly, would this foreign DNA be retained for years on end? We’re not earthworms or birds, who can store sperm for later use.

Yeah uh, as someone who previously worked in genetics, such a test couldn't be designed to reveal anything except maybe about your very recent past. There's no DNA that magically gets stuck in the lining that constantly renews itself, that's not physiologically going to happen.

I know the manosphere has this bizarre theory about microchimerism from getting dicked a decade ago. The scientific explanation behind this theory is scrotes mad (p < 0.00001). They mixed it up with how if you get pregnant you'll likely have some of the embyo's DNA circulating in your bloodstream (which is super interesting), and they really want to believe that having sex with other males is going to taint you somehow, so now they think your actual vagina is going to cling to the DNA of everyone you had sex with.

So the number of men I slept with is an indication of my ability to remain faithful? My worth as a human? I think one of the main reasons it was important to me to sleep around after my first break up was because it always upset me so much that my boyfriend put so much importance on the fact that I had been a virgin when I met him. My personality, character, and ability to remain faithful are not in any way changed by sexual history. In fact, its that history and experiences that have allowed me to decide I do want commitment and stability. I am so excited for this kind mentality to die out. It's been thousands of years, can we get over this already? Women are people too.
