Omg, It's such an old-fashioned concept.

Literally, nobody is forcing you to provide. Stay in your tiny appartment, play video-games and swipe on Tinder all your life until you croak. That's perfectly fine with society and certainly with women.

But like many men you have a yearning for wife and family and you hate the fact that it requires a certain amount of financial success to be done properly.

You claim want to be loved for your personality. As if you've ever liked every single post a woman has made on Instagram for the past 3 years, only because she has such a sexy personality. (eyeroll)

House-husband is often just an excuse to play video games and swipe tinder at the expense of someone else. The film Little Children is a fairly typical example. And if you're working, you often just come home and plop your ass to the sofa. Feel like a hero, if you cook once in a while, put in a washing-machine, mow the grass or read your kid a story.

Basically, you're just complaining that you can't become even more irrelevant than you already are.

Notice how pregnancy and nursing is not suddenly an "old-fashioned concept" and women are still the only ones who are expected to this, in addition to everything else they have to do in their life.

Admit it, you just want to use "equality" as an excuse to be a father and not have to do ANYTHING for it.
