Before I found FDS i thought I was the only woman in the world who refused to pack lunch for my partner. When I was married, my husband would go to work without a lunch and be hungry all day. He would come home ravished and he would never learn to pack something. I still refused to pack it. I’m working full time too, and no one packs my lunch. My son is only 1.5 but I’m teaching him to pack his own lunch starting as soon as he’s able to. It’s not about me being lazy, it’s about not training the next generation of LVM.

My mom stopped making my lunch when I was like 8. It was a mental health thing but it kind of taught me to be self sufficient lol.

If my mom could stop babying me at 8 yrs old then I wont baby no man who is well into adulthood.

While the meltdown over the fruit snacks is 100% disgusting, I admit I’m the kind of person who would enjoy packing lunch for my future husband.🙈 My love language is acts of service and I genuinely enjoy doing things like that for other people. He’d have to understand that I’m doing it because I truly want to, not because I have to or that I’m his mom. If a guy threw a tantrum like this at me, his lunch packing subscription would be cancelled🙅‍♀️
