Why do feminists say “misandry never kills” when that is untrue?

To downplay sexism against men. Heads up, if you try to argue that “misandry does kill” in any way, they’ll just move the goalpost in any way they can to say it’s men/the patriarchy’s fault that misandry kills.

That didn’t happen, and if it did, it wasn’t a big deal, and if it was, it’s your own fault.

Misandrists are hypocrites. But the more well-versed you are about misandry and misandrists, you start to actually appreciate the honest misandrists because there are quite a lot of misandrists who hide their misandry extremely well to be accepted in certain communities.

They say it BECAUSE it’s untrue whilst causing massive reputational damage. They say it over and over again because they want to make it sound like it’s true. Never underestimate the lengths feminists go to hate men.

It all depends on what you count as "killed by misandry" or "killed by misogyny". When feminists say that misogyny kills, they are counting practically every female homicide victim as a victim of "misogyny" regardless of the actual motive of the killer. They wouldn't count any male homicide victim, even if the killer is female, as a victim of misandry.

If you are going to count every type of death that affects one gender disproportionately as systemic sexism, then far more men overall die from sexism. I wouldn't blame this on "patriarchy" (which is a conspiracy theory the way the term is used these days) but simply on gender roles and possibly also biological factors.

For the same reason people say "black people can't be racist," when a clip of Julius Malema and you can see that isn't the case. They love changing the meaning of words.

Racism is about systems now, and hence because black people are (to them, apparently) too weak to ever build our own systems, we can't be racist. Women can't hate men because, to them apparently, women are too weak to ever do so. Hence, misandry never kills.
