Female added to whatever role your describing is to show the world just how much better that person is at what they do based on the fact they have a uterus , this is most telling when they don't add it so when somebody has fuked up they tend to drop it and don't mention gender at all.

The other one that really passes me off is "as a mother" or "this mother" like giving birth is going to add any more weight to an argument that has feck all to do with parenting even then when did being a mother become any more important than being a father as you never hear well as a father I think the sky isn't really blue.

On one hand they want a gender less society then they want to use there gender as a weapon, they expect us to all swallow the line men and women are equal but as a woman they are more important or have some sixth sense shit going on. You should listen to how silly it is in German. We have different words for female and male jobs, for example. So there's "Schüler/Schülerinnen" (Male Students/Female Students), for example. However, the male version is also the neutral version. So "Alle Schüler" means "all students", regardless of their gender. However, there has been many fights over this, and it is now demanded that instead, you say "Alle Schüler Innen", as not to discriminate. I am not gonna state my opinion on doing this, I'm just gonna say that the fact that we even have gendered words to begin with in German is very stupid. And now, due to other genders, people now demand that you say leave a deliberate one second pause between "Schüler" and "Innen". People are genuinly discussing leaving an audible pause in a word. I personally fail to see how it's discriminating to not pause, but oh well.

Most of the time when we use female infront of something its when being a female in that context is challenging, like a female journalist in a third world country, or some media conglomerates where female journalists are sexually harrassed or assaulted. In English its easy to use non-gender specific terms, for example "retail seller". in other languages like in German its a lil tricky: male "Verkäufer" and female "Verkäuferin". And for people with non of these genders we dont really have anything unfortunately.
