This kind of thing, while promising, always worries me. What if, after a generation uses this thing, we find out that their progeny is born sterile or something? Messing with the chemistry of reproduction is just dangerous.

Maybe it's my ignorance talking, but a part of me just wants to shelve these medicines because, in a century, we might find out that we've tweaked something that shouldn't have been changed, and them bloop, there goes humanity.

I think this will be as key to the liberation of men as the pill was to women in the day. No longer will any man be forced to have a child against his will. Trully this is an exciting break through.

It'll be interesting to see if it's introduction will meet any opposition. Also to see if it will be subsidised by the government as a male contraceptive, in a similar way that female contraceptives are.
