STEM is full. All the jobs are already make-work. When Musk took over Twitter, he fired 70% of the people and nothing changed.

Closing the gendar gap is too silly to even talk about. Elites didn't become elite by caring about your feelings. They act in self interest. They want to drive down the wages of STEM, with H1B visas, and women.

But something much worse going on. In the past, a hamburger joint would try to beat the competition by making a bigger better burger. That doesn't happen today. Today instead of out-competing the competition, business uses government regulation to shut down competition. For example, ESG. Shell Oil is carbon neutral certified. But mom and pop bakery is using tallow instead of partially hydrogenated soybean oil. All those cow burps are destroying the environment. Bye bye.

Have you ever seen pictures of what Google looked like back when they first started? It looked like a fun place to work, not a stuffy corporate mess of rules where you get called to the office for having an offensive Dilbert comic on the wall. Google believe it or not had illegal parties in the office with hookers and cocaine. They didn't go to jail for that. It must have been a tight nit group. That was back when Google was just a really good search engine with a singular focus of getting people what they want. Compare to the bloated mess they are today, where they destroy their own algorithms with political censorship. The Google "campus" has something called a "cry closet", which is a place you can go and cry when the stress of your job gets to you. It looks like a phone booth. This is like a dystopian comedy. When Google employee James Damore said women are no good, all the women went straight to the cry closet. How does this help people search the internet better? It doesn't and that's the point. Google no longer has to be competitive, and that's because no one is allowed to come along and be like the old Google anymore. They would have to bring in female employees and ruin it.

I'm writing this as if it were a joke, but it's not. This is actually how business operates. It is the goal of every business to get to the point where they no longer have to try. It is the goal of feminism to help them do it, to replace competition with cooperation. "Competition is a sin" said Rockefeller.

Here's another example. Do you have any idea how much science experiments cost? If you look at a study where they get a thousand people to promise to change their diet for a week, and record their body weight in a log book and report back, that study costs about ten million dollars. It's a big reason science needs to be defunded. Take the money out of it. But this is on purpose. Of course it doesn't actually cost anywhere near that to send some stamps in the mail. They make it expensive. They use red tape and protocol to make everything artificially expensive, so that no one else can afford to do it and they get to control The Science. Same thing with ethics boards and peer review. It's not what you think. If anyone can do science, good luck getting away with all the frauds anymore. 99% of studies fail when repeated. 100% of studies are correlation equals causation. They don't even do stuff in a lab anymore, at least not publicly. A big part of this is women, women who don't belong there, women who are only there because some STEM incentive brought them. They know they don't belong there, and they're thankful to the system because of it. They will fight to protect it. They're going to be compliant, and toe the party line. You have a hundred scientists, and you bring in 100 women, now you have 100 scientists and 100 bureaucrats. We see it again and again. Women are the rule enforcers, and rules are put there by the top to use against the bottom. They don't want you to have a good search engine. They don't want you to have a choice.

Feminism and corporate globalism are the same thing.
