I don't even know what my A-spot or my posterior fornix are and I certainly don't think about them during sex. I can feel a finger inserted into me. No dick is skinnier than a finger. Fullness is not an issue. All dicks slip out occasionally. It has more to do with wetness and position than size, and doesn't make sex worse, it's just one of these things.
