IRL I'm a very laid back, idgaf what you're doing as long as it doesn't affect me and mine type of guy. I've never seen this hurt me in any of my platonic or romantic relationships contrary to popular RP belief.

You can be passive when you're winning. When the power is yours and the ball's in the other person's court if they want to do shit about it.

If you're losing, failing, or in second place, and you're passive, then you're not dominant. Far from it.

There are two basic types of dominant people,

There are the external locus of control people. These are the Alphas as Red Pill tries and often fails to describe them. Men who externalize the control they exert and the expressions of their dominance.

And then there are the internal locus of control people. These are people who do not need control over others, they need control over self, to some degree or another. I too am an internal locus of control person. I am a dominant because it's fun, but sexual dominance over others is a game I play, dominance over myself is a requirement in my daily life that I let no one infringe upon or disrespect.

Or another way you could look at it is there's kinda a social and a loner alpha and people need to understand that introverted does not automatically mean submissive in any way. People get that wrong, the same way men seem to think that being penetrated is an inherently submissive act in a world with dommes who absolutely order their male subs to fuck them when, where, and how they want it.

The thing about Red Pill is it's all about generalizing all people based on certain subsets of them. There's only one alpha archetype rather than several, all women are like that rather than some women are like that (and should and can be avoided) and such. It's overgeneralization to put a period at the end of their thoughts. To write something final and immutable about how the world works and to gain some control over it. Red Pill is full of people with serious external locus of control problems. And because they can't overtly control women, they try to "covertly" control women by "figuring them out" and with an instant gratification critical thought starved country like America putting up most of the Red Pill members all the "figuring them out" shit amounts to trying to imitate the specific kinds of guys who are leaders who work the way they do.

It's all some kinda projection, basically. The removal of nuance isn't entirely deliberate, it's an attempt to control themselves and their interactions with the world by labeling the world and altering their behavior around the labels. External locus of control.

How is this contrary to RP? RP talks about maintaining frame all the time and your examples exactly what that is.

Being passive and being laid back aren't the same thing. Laid back = being calm and not letting the small things affect you. Passive = letting people walk all over you.

Im passive as long as people are reasonable. If they are unreasonable i avoid them so i can remain passive. If i can't avoid them i get very angry and attempt to force them to leave me alone or become more reasonable. So i am only as dominant as is necessary to become passive.

For example, there was this racist guy at school who decided one day to make fun of me in class, i did nothing in the moment besides showing disagreement to his behaviour. After he did that multiple times on that day, i waited for him outside the school and threatened that i would physicaly attack him the moment he did it again. He never did it again.

Being laid back , not being a micromanager etc., doesnt mean you're passive.

Theres a different between being laid back and pretending to be laid back so you dont have to engage in confrontation.

Passive implies you dont act when you should. As long as you act when you should, you're not passive. Maybe your situation is set up in a way that rarely requires you to act. This is fine.

But be careful not to become that person who is laid back as a cover for avoiding uncomfortable situations.

Strength and dominance are two different things. Dominating is an action.

However, submisiveness (as serving someone) also is an action. Thus, not passivity either.

Passivity will not help you get chicks, and will 100% hold you back. Being g the laid back chilled out passive "whatever" guy is only fine if you already have access to these girls.

Alot of TRP is getting already-passive AFCs to figure our how to get laid and build romantic relationships in the first place, being passive is antithetical to their goal.
