It’s apparently a semi-popular trend now for many people to get in relationships with those who are to believed to be far out of their league solely so they know for themselves that they can attract people far more attractive than them.

Cheating is a something that is often regarded as a wrongdoing, and act made commonly in a moment of weakness, yet, it is now becoming more of an intentional and deliberate act that is planned even before they get in a relationship. I don’t see it as anything more than a brief confidence booster, at some point you’ll find someone who won’t want a relationship with you and that belief that because you happened to pull a girl far out your league then that will apply to every other situation will be gone and you’ll be back where you started.

Ultimately, I’m struggling to find a good reason why someone will treat relationships this way. Are people really going and leaving relationships simply to just boost their confidence?
