Ya sex is super important and I don't want to live without it. Hmm. What I'm into sexually is (mostly) so mainstream that I'd hesitate to call any of it a fetish, but there are definitely aspects of my sexuality that if a partner refused to say, kiss me or go down on me it would be a problem. Like I said though, the buttons that I need to be pressed during sex are so common and acceptable that this has never been a problem. I feel for the people with out there with legit genuine oddball fetishes, people who can't enjoy sex or orgasm without having their unconventional buttons pushed. As I understand it, a fetish is something you need to enjoy sex, while a kink is something you like. I have a few weird kinks but none of them are deal breakers. My partner satisfies me fine with conventional sex. He's not into super kinky shit, but I'm in my 30s and I've had my fill of the wild shit anyways so it's not a problem.

My 'fetish' pervades the entire relationship. I like bratty women a lot, if she can't be made to be bratty it probably won't work out very well.

Sex is extremely important to me, both on a physical and emotional level, so I don't think I could sustain a LTR with a guy who wouldn't be willing to at least try some of my kinks.

But no, I could not stay with a purely "vanilla" dude. It wouldn't be fair to either of us and sexual compatibility is something I don't think one should ever settle on or disregard.
