Women are naturally monogamous. Generally, they can only be "in love" with one dude at a time. So you don't have to be concerned so much with her being tempted by every hot guy she sees (like men are tempted by every hot chick) and competing with all of them during your LTR.

The relationship is doomed to fail. Women subconsciously desire steadfast men. You stated that because you're catching feelings for this particular girl that it makes you insecure with yourself. That is a disaster set up. For one it will make you very easy to manipulate because you're going to bend which ever way she tells you because you think it will please her when really she wants you to have a backbone and stand up for yourself to pass her tests.

Women desire to be led by men they love. Timid, shy, soft spoken men are subconscious turn offs for women. How can you lead others when you are insecure within yourself especially when it's the woman you like that makes you insecure?

As for the monogamy that's a test of loyalty. You can never be sure, but you can find out about her loyalty by watching how she treats her friends and just learning more about her personality.

What happens when you get insecure over her possibly cheating? You waste time, you waste energy, you waste emotional resources, you turn her off, frankly you turn yourself off. And if she has it in her mind to cheat, there is not a single thing you can do to stop that, so you didn't even get anything positive in the bargain.

Finally let me put this to you, by the time she cheats (if she ever does) you will probably be tired of her anyway. All it means is you get the opportunity to trade her in for a younger, tighter chick. Most women experience libido drop over time in a relationship, so again, by the time she cheats, part of you will be PRAYING she cheats so you can end the relationship.

You need to be educated on your Attatchment styles and your partner two and. You don’t know them until you 1 have determined what they are, and read a lot about them.
Then 2) been able to spot the patterns in the wild in action so you can translate what they are.

It’s ok to ask for reassurance, especially if you explain it to her.

Give up caring before it's too late. If she cheats and doesn't tell you, she's not trustworthy enough to be treated with respect, and if she does tell you, work it out, get anger, and then move on, or make the relationship open. The insecurity is probably your lack of ability in becoming vulnerable, or some form of status vanity.
