A monogamous relationship with leeway on both sides and overall an equal to slightly patriarchal relationship. I'd like to have kids but stepkids or adoption is fine too.
My goal seems pretty reasonable but I am willing to ditch the leeway on both sides part.

1) What does this man want ? A loyal, sweet and loving wife with a pleasant disposition, no past partners and who I'm attracted to (She does not have to be a 10/10 or anything, just attractive on some level) and get along with.

2) What's realistic for me ? A woman who's somewhat attractive and I can get along with. Too many women cheat so idk about loyalty and the only virgins I've met since the 6th grade are male ones so....

When I started dating again circa start of 2021, I made a list of my requirements and forced myself to stick to them.

Those requirements were: physically attractive and healthy, able to hold down a job (any job), childfree and no kids from previous relationships, undergraduate degree minimum, doesn't live with parents, able to do basic life stuff for themselves like cooking, cleaning, paying bills, making doctor's appointments, general hygiene, honest, not argumentative, loyal, no history of infidelity with previous partners.

I'd say those are entry level requirements, but only about 1/100 women I matched with and about 1/10 women I ended up on a date with lived up to these standards.

It was very, very hard to find a woman who fit the requirements, and necessitated a lot of sifting.

The things women failed most frequently at were: not being able to hold down a job, not being able to do basic life tasks, being disagreeable (by which I mean attitude with randoms/employees/their friends/family), history of disloyalty.

I've never believed in "the one", as in one person who would be the only person I would every love, be with, have sex with, etc, forever. So not interested in marriage. But I like the experience of pair bonding. My ideal would be a series of love affairs that lasted as long as they lasted, after which hopefully we could be friends of some sort. LTRs that last at least a couple of years would be my ideal, probably, but I wouldn't impose a time frame on it.

That’s a hard question to answer. I suspect the answer will vary depending on the guy.

For my part, I’m not sure monogamy works for me. I’ve been in a few committed relationships but I eventually get bored, lose feelings for the person I’m with. I suppose an attractive enough girl who’s got a sexual appetite like mine, who’s also easy to get along with would stand the best chance of holding my interest. I can’t speak for other guys, but I know for me that I just don’t want to be talked to all the time. That’s one of the things that kills the feels for me. So if I can give any advice, I’d say make sure you give him lots of space and let him come to you when he’s ready. Also, be nurturing with him when you’re in private. Sometimes just being able to lay your head on her lap, and her running her fingers through your hair is enough to relieve a months worth of bottled up tension. But never mother him in public. Belittling him of any kind in public will instantly make him distrust you. In public, you are to support each other, even in your follies. He needs to see you as someone who has his back in anything. You can give him the hard truth later in private.

We arent women, we have a lot of leeway and are willing to be reasonable and compromise, we dont have an IDEAL per say... thats a woman thing to have... we just have a threshold of NET benefit a woman gives... and we want to maximize that, if she is a thick brunette who works a lot and is caring when she gets home, or a thin blonde who just want to stay home and care for children... it doesnt matter, it just matters that she is beneficial to our lives, and considerably so.
