1) Modern men who arent significantly above average in the money or looks department have a serious identity crisis right now. Couple decades of the gender being shit on and blamed for everything as resulted in a lot of men having very little respect for themselves and being able to handle navigating life.

2) Social media and OLD have given women the ability to instantly connect with just about any man they want(though 90% only want them for sex). This leads to insanely inflated egos and following into the illusion of choice trap which means they end up ignoring a lot of men which compounds problem #1.

So if youre a below average guy with not so good looks and social skills reality is finding a partner is going to be incredibly hard. Taking out your credit card and throwing $20 at a thot to say your name with a smile is much easier.

The US doesn't conscript

My apologies, "conscription" was the wrong word there. I'm from a country without any cultural military fascination, so I'm not fantastic with the lingo. I was intending to just refer to the phenomenon of people joining the Army straight out of highschool due to a perceived lack of other options.

If being forced to make an onlyfans to pay the bills is bad, then being forced to do any job to pay the bills is bad.

This only makes any sense if you consider every job to be equally "bad", for lack of a better term. I imagine most people would very strongly disagree with this premise.

To give you an example, imagine that you're on unemployment benefits. Your job provider, or whatever equivalent your nation has, will want you to apply to several jobs to show that you're looking for work. If you don't apply to some quota of jobs, they stop paying you. If you turn down a job offer that you are capable of doing, they stop paying you. This is fairly standard operating procedure for these services.

Do you think that any job service provider would ever tell you "You can just start doing porn and selling the photos. If you don't start doing this we'll cut your payments"?

This is very obviously something that society has broadly accepted as not being an acceptable career path to actively force people into, but due to a profound lack of any social safety net in some countries, it has started happening passively.

We are talking about different gender,not different species altogether. When someone identifies as a different gender all that changes is the pronouns you should use towards them. And yes, the Earth is factually round. But sex and gender are factually different. Sex is biological,while gender is quite a bit more psychological,as it deals with a person's identity.

Alright. Got time for a thought experiment? I'll have some fun with this.

Speaking of mental illness, PTSD is a huge problem for soldiers returning from war. One that I suffered with and found particularly debilitating. It's linked heavily with suicide in the veteran population.

Say there was a treatment that meant letting veterans dress up like soldiers in their cammy jammies forever? They asked people to refer to them by their rank (Sergeant Epikerthanu for instance), and otherwise treat them like active duty soldiers. But of course they wouldn't be acting in any official capacity, and perhaps had to wear a small pin to signify that they weren't actually active duty, for the sake of sanity.

This hypothetical treatment is associated with an 8% reduction in the likelihood that they need to be seen for treatment for every year that passes since they started, up to 10 years, or an 80% reduction.

Alright then.

To be succinct, I have an issue with anyone that is hypocritical and acts entitled because they're part of some "underprivileged or prosecuted" demographic/token.

If it looks like I'm ragging on a demographic, it's because the voice of the ones that get on my nerves tend to drown out the "normal" ones. This applies to any demographic/"token" out there; black, white, Asian, Middle Eastern, LGBTQ members, etc. I assume drowning out, because the alternative is said demographic being supportive of the behaviour.

Unfortunately, as far as I've seen, if you even try to question the narrative or get people to chill out a bit, you're instantly branded with the usual social stigmas; "Nazi", "Far Right", "literally Hitler", etc. Regardless if you're a part of the demographic in question.

Terry Crews for example. Decent - no, great - guy in general. One of the few celebrities I actually admire. He made one tweet during the BLM riots that was contrary to the narrative and got called the most colourful racist language I've ever seen.

By other black people.

TL;DR: If I'm ragging on a demographic/"token", it's because I'm sick and tired of the mayhem/general annoyance caused (and support for it) by a portion of the people of said demographic/"token".

You've written like saying transitioning is a social construct is come kind of contradiction? Transitioning can be navigating the social construct of gender to "be" the gender they feel they are, so yeah but that's not news? Trans people are not a hive mind they all have different opinions on the current ideas of gender, so your entire point is not true and a based off a false generalisation. I'll assume by beleive you mean support which makes that point true for some transpeople in isolation.

The list you wrote are just things people do during their transition pre and post hormones, they aren't making a mockery of femininity, in fact they're not mocking anything, they're doing for themselves not for anyone else nor their opinion, it's not about you. They do not try and become their "view of actual women" because there is no one view of woman, they transition to look how they view themselves, and most of the time that's not hyper-feminine but you seem to be unaware of that. (Do you think you are the poster child of your gender and anyone who doesn't look exactly like you must be less of a man/woman? That'd be ridiculous transpeople don't think like that either). Have you met/spoken to many trans people? Alot of what you've written just sounds like stereotypes of transpeople or some outlier used to spread transphobia.

You oddly had nothing to say about transmen but similar points apply, most are not hyper masculine.

Lastly, everything in lbgt+ is sex based? Just no. Bigotry and living in a heteronormative world can affect every part of a lbgt+ person's life. In terms of relationships sex is definitely involved as much as sex is involved in straight people's lives/relationships. (but if your relationships are ALL about sex you can do much better)

You're perception of gay and trans people is misguided, if you want to understand or talk about these issues research LBGT people opinions (there's no one opinion on anything because, again its not some hive mind), even if you don't agree with anything they stand for being respectful is just basic decency, talk to some community members in real life or on go to their respective "askXYZ" subreddits/nostupidquestions/ELI5 etc. Contrapoints and Samantha Lux are 2 youtubers who could over a starter insite into reality.

Harvard is a 385 year old school, the oldest higher education school America. It is internationally recognized as being an amazing university. Quoting Wikipedia, “Over more than three and a half centuries, Harvard alumni have contributed creatively and significantly to society, the arts and sciences, business, and national and international affairs. Harvard's alumni include eight U.S. presidents, 188 living billionaires, 79 Nobel laureates, 7 Fields Medal winners, 9 Turing Award laureates, 369 Rhodes Scholars, 252 Marshall Scholars, and 13 Mitchell Scholars. Harvard students and alumni have also won 10 Academy Awards, 48 Pulitzer Prizes, and 108 Olympic medals (including 46 gold medals), and they have founded many notable companies worldwide.” Not only that, but you also disagree with the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and the CDC. Many civilizations that are thousands of years old disagree with you, so this is not a “new trend” as many say.

Gender has multiple definitions, one of the prevailing ones being that gender is the societal views on certain groups of people, the majority of which share similar biological features. This is not the same thing as sex which defines the biological traits, not the societal ones, such as organs/tissues, hormones and chromosomes. The actual biological distinctions between male and female are also not always clear, not only intersex and transgender people, but also in those who are cis. Many traits that where once thought to be solely biological, such as men being better at sciences, are now though to be more based on gender biases learned from as early as second grade. Children also show greater aptitude for certain tasks bases on gender/sex. Now how much of these traits are based on gender bias and how much is actually preprogrammed into our brains still needs more research, but scans show that there are distinct variations in brain development in males and females, males have on average about 8-13% larger brains (this does not mean that males are inherently smarter). Males and females also tend to have different parts of the brain being more developed. The studies tested things like memory, reaction time, and spatial awareness.

Now you may think I am deviating from my initial point, but I am reaching a conclusion with this part. There is a section covered under Wikipedia’s article on neuroscience in relation to sexual dimorphism. The one I am referring to is about transgender neuroscience. It was found that certain parts of the brain in trans women were more in line with those seen in cis women as opposed to cis men. This would mean that there are distinct differences in those who are trans and why their gender is not the same as their sex, because who would have thought that brains are more complex than a few basic definitions! I remember reading an article that said that certain hormone receptors in the brain are linked to genes that when present act differently, and the person has a higher likelihood of being trans.

A countless number of studies show that being trans is not a mental illness, not made up, and is based entirely in science. The articles I linked have many sources that prove this, check a few of them.

Gender Role(I recommend the section Gender stereotypes, Implicit gender stereotypes) The neuroscience (This talks about how children may be more skilled at certain tasks; I included this, because although some parts disagree with my statements, one should always include articles based in science which goes against there own viewpoints.)

TL;DR: being transphobic is just an excuse to be a jerk. Nobody likes a jerk.

I won’t cry for myself as others have it much worse than I do. Feeling are facts, they are caused by complex chemical reactions, most of which we barely understand.

“Evil”? That would imply a given malice against others. My gender and others for that matter as well don’t have anything that can be inherently malicious or evil. And yes, I am “twisted” and do have several mental illnesses, depression, anxiety, etc. None of which are caused by my gender as I have managed to come to terms with that part of myself and I only believe in science. Although I was raised to believe in God, I am an atheist and my religion is science and I shall follow it to the farthest reaches of this universe and farther if need be. I have studied theology, or at least enough of it to understand its basic principles.

Christianity was originally a sect of Judaism, and as In sure you know became separate long after Jesus had left. His main philosophy was to care for others regardless of their beliefs, profession, and everything else. It is saddening to see what Christianity has become, and it is my belief that Jesus would agree.

If someone gifts you something that you don’t like, then as it is now yours you can do with it what you like. If God gave us a body that we don’t like, wouldn’t he be more happy to see it changed into something that brings joy rather than sadness?

If God is truly benevolent and cares for all living things, then he gifted us with the ability to learn so that we may do just that. And with this mighty gift from the heavens themselves, humanity set out on an ever expanding quest, to learn more so that we can grow for ourselves.

We can change ourselves so that we match in mind and body, it is not “mutilation” as that would mean to half hazardous deform something. In reality surgery is a precise art to change ourselves, to become better than what we were before.

If someone is sick we give them medicine, we do this because we can help others, to help ourselves as all of humanity, to not do so would be not just rejecting God’s gift, but making a mockery of it and of God.

It is not I who needs to see the light, but you, my sibling in arms as we stand together with the rest of humanity, because we may fall to ruin by nature or by ourselves, but we’ll be damned if we don’t try to become the best we can until the very end.

For I shall not tell others of who they are, because who someone is will be up to them. I can only tell others of who I am. I shall use this everlasting gift to its fullest until the end of time itself, as I learn along the way.

If God created me, then I will be who I am, to not improve oneself is the gravest of sins. Are you so prideful that you believe that you are better than God to tell me who I am?

If I was created perfectly then how am I supposed to grow? How am I to learn? God wouldn’t create us as perfect, as that would mean we could never be better than who we are. We are all flawed, so that we may someday change, both in body and in soul.

I may not believe that there is any god or deity that made us, but I believe that this is what our purpose would be if we were created by such beings.

I hope you learn to accept others for not just who they are now, but who they will become.

Farewell, and I hope you too change for the better and accept others regardless of how they were born.

sigh So disgraceful, I never said Christianity was false, I said Christians are using the name Jesus Christ to further their own beliefs, the same ones Jesus said were bad. Love thy neighbor? That was rejected by Christianity for hundreds of years.

I just wanted to clear up that misconception, as I believe that Jesus was a great person, but I dislike Christianity as it is now. It has been convoluted into something grotesque in nature where people will kill each other because they worship something else than what you want.

Also that was supposed to be read as if it was a sermon, and I have studied the bible and Christianity, probably more than most Christians in fact as I found theology an interesting topic.

I quoted the bible as I, correctly, assumed you were religious. I know what the bible means and what it says, and I know what Christians believe, and I have found that almost all Christians go against Jesus’s teachings of kindness.

Now, either add something to the conversation, such as research papers, I’ll even accept lines from the Bible if you want, or stop stating that I don’t understand something when you don’t provide anything to back up your statement. If you want to say that someone is wrong about something, explain why, remain calm and don’t insult the other person, and provide evidence to support your reasoning.
