I'm wondering about whether there's much point in starting yoga from home as a beginner. I'm thinking of just watching Yoga with Adrianne and taking it from there.. Am I being naive in thinking I don't need an instructor?

Also wondering, do you workout alone or with your hubby/friends?

I'm basically 30 in less than 2 months and while I'm slim and generally petite, I would like to get into a routine with some light exercise to keep me fit. Nobody in my circle is interested in joining me so I need to pick something that I will be motivated to continue alone. I find the gym incredibly boring and my total and utter lack of strength is kind of embarrassing.
