Following on from a post I made earlier, I've recently split up with a LTR I've been in since I was 14. There is no bad blood, or cheating as far as I am aware. I (32) am not even quite sure if this questions/my situation is correct in this thread. But anyway, here it goes:

I'm a pretty frequent reader over the last years and understand the theory behind trp. What really grinds my gears, and i'm putting a lot of pressure on myself because of this, is, that i'm not able to apply it. This especially relates to the social and dating area. I'm not socially awkward, ugly looking or someone who is staying at home all day. In Fact i am traveling the world right now and learn a lot about myself and the way things work in this world.

I have the deep feeling, that i'm still not having my shit together. I do not have a clear vision of my life (Quit my job after 11 years and in a leading position) and therefore can not answer questions after my passions clearly. This results in the following:

I'm suddenly feeling anxious in a group of people and be more the listener type of person, than the one who leads the topics. It's pretty interesting to observe the group dynamics and i'm at least be able to tell pretty fast what kind of person i'm with, who is attracted to whom and so on. This whatever leads me all in a somewhat downward spiral of having the pressure to not be able to contribute anything interesting or of value to the group, feeling uninteresting to others (and especially girls) and at the end putting even more pressure on myself.

Don't get me wrong: i like talking about the big questions of life and could talk about that for ever. But whenever it comes to first time contact, you usually do not talk about the sense of life. So i consider i'm more the observer kind of person and be not someone who tries to impress others with his shit chat skills. On the other hand i think that girls might interpret that as boring. Right now i'm even in a state that i feel like making travel voices on a subconscious level, whereabouts my next destinations are all related on the possibility of meeting girls. I know that's wrong and i should totally focus on myself, my life, my goals and get this thinks sorted out first, bevor concentrating on the dating scene.

Second question and this also relates to the dating scene: Does anyone of you guys is not going for the 4-5 on the scale (i do not like the measurement though) but focus on the 8-10 instead? I'm reading a lot about guys who chat up girls, just for practicing their seduction skills and even get laid. However i'm just not attracted to the 4-5 and therefore can not talk to them in a seductive way, as i'm simply do not want to fuck them. On the other side, the higher rated women or simply put: The ones im attracted to, are still on the pedestal and, to close it to the first part, my self view as not be able to be the leader of the conversation makes it even harder to open them and build sexual tension.

Does anyone of you had a similar life phase or was in a similar situation and how did you get out of it?

Hmm. I won't pretend to be an expert, but I would say be conscious of your t levels. I know that for me, if I quit masturbating fairly regularly, I will have the ability to go at least twice especially when the first time is like that. 5 humps is beyond ridiculously short.

I'm gonna be a sophomore in HS, 15 years old and very active lifter. I'm 5'9 140 pounds, I've been lifting since seventh grade. Why the fuck can't I get bigger? This is pissing me off, seeing all these other football players that are huge and didn't do a lot of work to get there. My bench max is 160 and I can squat 250, I couldn't squat for a year cus of injuries.

Everyday during the football period I try my hardest when we're lifting, always pushing myself and trying my hardest. But it seems like I'm not making any advances, and it's very frustrating. I am in a 4-year LTR with a girl, I am 22, had no dad or any male example to look up for whole life, she's 20. Smetimes I do fuck up. I think too much of TRP that I've been reading lately and act unnecessarily cocky versus her. It's actually driving her away, which in turn makes me emotional and attached. 2 weeks ago I got angry at some random stuff she sent me on text, she said that she sometimes feel overwhelmed by me wanting to have sex with her immidietaly when we haven't seen for a longer period (like a week). I goddamn understand it, but back then I went fucking furious because "you tell me one thing one day and another thing another day, one thing you think another you do", I wanted to break up with her over that shit. I've got furious, but in reality it's my insecurity and she knows it.

But I can see that my mental patterns obviously haven't changed much. I'd say they bring about shitload of dispair and only now I just don't have an excuse (the illness) to behave shitty.

I thought about frame, but I don't want my life to be a fake frame. I lost my temper because I was insecure and anxious she considered me less than before for some reason. Whenever she stops praising me or expressing her feelings to me, and validation, I start getting depressed. Wow. I've just realized this. I was unaware of the real reason behind me feeling worse. I feel kinda lonely although I work on a man friendship with my flatmate, guess what he's in beta mode as well, we live there together and his GF lives there too. I can work on this relationship though because now it isn't so manly and I feel this piece missing there.

I'm doing everything I can, I also go to therapy, therapist's a young woman, but she's cool, she understands polarization and masculinity. On top of that she's a therapist.

But I keep looking for validation. I feel more stable emotionally since I've started testosterone, but besides feeling it am I really more stable? Fuck I don't know.

Fuck what am I even asking? Any tips? I feel like I had an information overload by reading too much sidebar (I'm new), especially that I do not agree with some concepts - or more like, I don't agree with using those concepts as universal generalisations.

I feel like I am asking "So... Life?" and expecting someone to answer my life for me.
