Lost both jobs a couple of days ago (was working two jobs for the last 3 months). GF dumped me last night. Can't be any further away from my goals, so it's a step closer. Rebuilding myself literally from scratch. I am nothing, therefore I can become anything.

Made contact with an old buddy of mine this morning, haven't heard from him in months. Will hang out tonight.

Started re-reading the material on this page. Subscribed to a couple of red pill bloggers for a daily dose of harsh reality.

Already lifting for several weeks, will continue to do so, with added calisthenics here and there.

Diet is my main concern because it is the worst part of my life. It creates this disbalance within my body and mind, and a lot of problems come from there.

Finances suck. Game sucks. Style sucks. A ton of work needed there.

For a good 6 months before the holidays, I kept telling myself that it was time for monk mode. I was spinning my wheels at the gym, had stopped reading, and was spending way too much time gaming and fucking around. Every time I'd "start" monk mode, I'd pull an old plate back in or start gaming different girls. This inevitably led to drinking and mornings sleeping in instead of hitting the gym, and the cycle just continued downward from there.

But I think I peaked while on holidays. I had success on Tinder in another country and spent most of my time drinking and fucking around. When I came back, I just felt... peace. Like I was finished with that for now, and I didn't have to force myself to accept it. I haven't had sex in a few weeks, touched any alcohol, or felt like talking to women. I've finished 3 books in two weeks and don't feel the need to instinctively pick up my phone. I have a solid plan to drop these last 15 pounds so I can get down to 12%-ish bodyfat and build some muscle.

My biggest problem was a need for validation. I enjoy sex but the look on a woman's face when she's attracted to me and I'm making her smile was like cocaine. But I'm at the point where I see that pattern of living-- time, action, and energy striving towards a feeling created outside myself-- can be created by me. I can be a source of creativity, passion, and life. My validation loop can start and end with myself. After that, sex will come and go-- I can't fulfill the dissolution of the self that happens during sex-- but the foundation to make sex a logical, natural conclusion as a result of my goals instead of a forced scenario is starting to happen.

I feel like things are coming together for me.

Positives

Keeping up with the gym.
Today is the 10th day of meditation and it's helping majorly with stress levels.
Still studying daily.
Been testing out a few things. Flirting with eye contact in combination with the 4th law of power during conversation, hitting on the friend of/girls in the vicinity of the target cute girl and also taking any offerings girls give me (old me would say "awww nahh it's okay, you don't have to do that for me"...ffs).
Been more social this week, meeting up with friends (mixed group) and have seen a disgusting amount of AWALT from female friends it's a joke (Beeing the most sober person in the room has definitely taught me a hell of a lot these past few weeks).

Negatives

Been relitively lazier in general this week.
Not dedicating enough time to reading.
Still not pushing myself enough with my hobby.
Unable to start a streak of Nofap since I broke my streak.
Barely any kino in conversations with females and I see the light fade...

My focus for the coming week

Keep going gym.
Start building a habbit of reading TRP approved books and not substituting them with post reading (at least 10 minutes a day).
Just bloody do a bit of hobby work and stop procrastinating by thinking about it.
Initiate kino with girls I talk to, in order to build a habit.

P.s Major thing I've noticed is that I don't have to constantly try to entertain people and carry on the conversation. I'm just a lot more comfortable with silence and breaks in conversation now and I noticed it unnerves people (they try to fill the gap in conversation).

-I finally committed to getting big! I'm bulking this winter, and finally got myself the big amounts of chicken, yogurt, and spinach that a little guy like me needs to put on weight. Lifts are already going up!

-I built a social life. For the first time in forever I have friends who care about me, and respect among peers. It's great!

-I approached 3 hot girls on campus and all 3 shot me down. Could be because I haven't established status at my new university yet, or just that I'm a weird looking mofo. Either way, I'm going to go out and meet more girls. Life goes on.

Working out 5x weekly now. The supplements I'm taking seem to be helping immensely. Started kickboxing classes last week and will be adding a Bujutsu class from next week also. Trying to learn how to become an influencer on social media so as to leverage my fitness journey that I'm documenting. Want to monetize it all through endorsements and coaching. In the meanwhile, working on improving myself. Reading up on sidebar material. Listening to Joe Rogan podcast episodes with Jordan Peterson. Finances are tight and I'm currently living paycheck to paycheck. Need to take on more consulting projects to generate some side income.

My life's been on hard reset the past 2 months. I left my contracting job to move back to hometown. Finishing up my associates degree this semester.

Pros: - Slowly building a professional network to get into the fire academy

-Joined a student leadership organization

-Planned a field trip for the kids I work with, raised 200.

-Gym x3 this week. Bench max hit 250.

-Bought a new couch

-Fixed my fucking fridge now I can get back to bulking

-Strong start to the spring semester

My girlfriend was tipsy and obnoxious the other night. Instead of coming over to fuck her (reward) I teased her for a few hours and ended up spanking her for being a brat.

-Volunteering for a 5K beer run tomorrow.

Cons:

-my minimalism.

-No style, I buy new clothes maybe twice a year. My everyday style is lazy. All work-related shirts, ripped jeans etc. I need an update.

-Almost still almost zero furniture

-No game, I'm on campus everyday but I don't game anyone. Which is a big shortcoming of mine. Will aleviate social gaps by networking at volunteer events.

For me it'll be a slow grind from the bottom.

I'm new here, so let me introduce myself. I'm 26 years old, from Europe. I work a contracting job and I make quite some money for someone my age. My dating life however has always been crap. I've been hitting the gym consistently for more than five years so I'm quite a big guy, and not too bad looking. I've always stayed away from TRP because I felt like lots of you seem to generalise all women as all round horrible creatures. I still kinda believe that there must be some good women out there, who don't play stupid games and who aren't unreliable as fuck. Some dating issues have led me to this place, and this time I really want to do make a serious change, because I've had it.

The last few weeks I had been chatting with a girl on Tinder, and we couldn't meet up until she had finished her exams. This Saturday we would have met up, but she sent me a message that evening that she was still caught up with her family. The day after I sent her a message to ask if she was free this week for another try. She basically ignored my message, so I sent another message basically saying I would like a response because I have plans to make this week. She replied with some bullshit saying she had a lot of stuff going on in her life and she doesn't see any available time this week. I told her she can just tell me if she didn't want to meet up. She replied she still wanted to meet up but really didn't have any time. A few days later she posted some party pics on her Snapchat, so yeah… To be honest I was really looking forward to meeting up with her and I was really broken when I realised she had been lying to me. I've been feeling pretty down because of this, loneliness and the fear of ending up all alone is getting to me.

So yeah, here I am… As you can tell I have a few beta qualities. Let me sum up some things about myself:

Negatives

I'm not the biggest talker with people I don't really know. I need to get comfortable at first, but when I get to know you I can become a great friend.
I'm not good at approaching girls I don't know. I probably come over as held back and shy/uncomfortable
I don't look like the most approachable guy. I'm quite big and have the male version of resting bitch face
I have some friends, but I notice my social circle has shrunk a lot ever since I left college. Also family is almost non existant in my life. I'm pretty lonely lately.
My fashion sense is okay, but nothing special.

Positives

I go the gym consistently, three times a week without skipping, so I'm quite a big guy.
Since recently I started making a lot of money
I've made lots of personal progress already. I used to be depressed, skinny, socially awkward, poor. I already fixed a lot of these problems. I'm always working on improving myself.
I'm quite funny and know how to hold a conversation.

Here's some things I know I need to work on already:

Buy some new clothes, work on developing my own fashion sense.
Work on grooming and personal hygiene, maybe even check out some fragrances
Try to do some new social activities to improve my social circle. Not really sure what I could be doing though.
Read A LOT on how to improve

This turned out pretty long. I've written this as a reminder for myself, but I also would appreciate some input on how to move on from here.

I am returning to the TRP due to a chemical imbalance in my brain. this is a warning to all you gentlemen that you must always be in control of your emotions, I was once in control but that also let me bottle up some feelings. Meditation has allowed me to be happier but has also enabled me to not think about sad things in my life (family, financial status). I still work on these things that make me unhappy, however I do not let my emotions flow towards them. It is a very logical approach but I warn you all to sometimes be in touch with your emotions however positive or negative they might be.

I return after lengthy period of time without visiting the sub. I was in a great place, going to the gym 3 to 5 times a week, great job at above minimum-wage part time, doing great in school. I had a strict schedule that I love to have fitting in time for meditation, gym, study, work, my hobbies (entertainment, sports and productive hobbies) and leisure with my family and friends as well as seeing 3 girls.

my confidence was great, my voice was deep I looked great, I was producing smart work and working hard while also not being stressed and taking my time .

I then fell back into my old habits of video games, Internet browsing, wine beer and pot smoking, as well as smoking cigarettes when out, masturbation pornography, sleeping until 11, sometimes 1.I dropped out of school, setting me back a couple grand, I don't see anymore girls, it is so easy to go back to square one.

First time using this thread. I guess I'll try to use it like a diary that I return to weekly?

This week I lost the only girl I had, whom I was trying to plate and actively looking for other girls. I assume this is going to hurt my abundance mentality. This is the first girl I had been with in two years after swallowing and beginning the implement TRP. I've been making great progress in the gym, though, and have made major changes to my diet that have both affected my physique and energy levels. I've started taking more pride in my appearance, and in accordance with NMMNG taking time each day and doing what I want to do, regardless of how that time affects my productivity or anyone's expectations of me. Reconnected with an old friend who is on a similar journey as I am, had a long conversation with him and I think he's going to be okay. I'm seeing a new girl today, provided she doesn't flake (tinder) and working on trying to find places where I can work on day-game in my town (low tier beach city).

I feel a lot of frustration over losing the girl, because it was really my fault. Up until this last weekend I maintained a purely sexual relationship with her and stupidly decided to impulsively tell her I wanted to see her and met her half-way; didn't fuck her that night. I'd been reading about push/pull and I felt that I needed to do a little more pull with her (even though she was coming over to my apt to fuck every weekend). This is really all that's giving me anxiety and frustration. Pretty happy that I have my old friend back that is going through some similar things in life. Overall I feel pretty lucky.

One of the reasons I lost this girl is me not knowing how to handle a plate. She really was a plate, but she was my only plate. I need to work on my social-skills in all honesty, and am thinking about taking a second job at nights/weekends that is social and I can gain some more savings. Any suggestions on good part-time jobs that will help me in these areas?

Im running Starting Strength (3 day program), so a successful “lift” day means spending a total of 1.5 hours a. at the gym, b. reading the guide book, or c. posting form checks. Just finished the Squat chapter yesterday.

I view the above 5 habits as a great way to start climbing out. There are other things I’ll be trying to do daily but I don’t want to overwhelm myself at first, so for three months I’ll treat these as my 5 commandments.

PROS

Lifting is going great, slowly upping weight in all areas.

Continuing success in academic career, grades are where they need to be.

Had a 7-day nofap streak, was planning on doing the 7-day T Cycle but kinda felt like shit after so I'm gonna do all of feb and see how I feel.

CONS

Diet is definitely not where it needs to be, getting a lot of protein but general diet sucks.

English is not my native language.

I just finished reading The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi. It took me a whole week to finish the book, because i wanted to comprehend everything as slowly and as best as possible. I wrote down all kinds of stuff and paragraphs and completed 3 whole notebooks with notes. I can definitely say that i'm unplugged, but i feel like shit. Actually saying that i feel like shit is an understatement. All the facts and truths about hypergamy and the nature of women, the society brainwashing, all those conventions, myths, propagandas, agendas... i cannot believe how deep into the Matrix i was and i can't believe what i was thinking and what the world really is. Makes me feel depressed, disgusted and want to vomit, honestly. All that brainwashing that men were exposed to is just criminal.

I have two questions towards people who have read the book.

First one is - Did you feel in similar way after finish the book and getting your eyes opened?

Second one is - What should i continue reading from here?

PROS:

Went out a few nights and gamed a few. One was given me lots of shit tests but I stood my ground and remained calm. Another has a bf but she keeps engaging me because I DGAF and Abundance Mentality.
Squat 110 kg for 6 reps

CONS:

Didnt make much progress in my PHD because I went out too much. I need to limit my alcohol intake from 6-7 to 3-4.
Injured both elbows from boxing and didnt allow enough time for recovery. Now they're a lot worse. I couldn't go to the gym as much and had to skip Tai-Jitsu because of this.
My weight went up a few kg's

Positives:

Got myself to BJJ this week. It's been since before Christmas since I last went, and have been skipping it due to anxiety and laziness. Felt fucking ace to be back, and it almost felt like I was missed by the guys, even though this was only my third session. Positive sign for my charisma.
First week of properly cutting. Binged about 1000 calories this evening. I'm using the same caloric intake as my cut from last year, and today I just felt weak as fuck. I feel I binged because I've just not had the energy and went from ~2500 calories a day to ~1750 and more exercise. ~2250 was my TDEE from last year, and it's probably ~2350 now (mass gain), so I may increase caloric intake slightly to make the cut more sensible for the long-term.
Even though this week was me getting back into my cut, I managed 1 set of 5 for 100kg squat.
Kinda getting some friends cultivated. Went for a pint last week with a PT from the gym, a friend I made a few months back, and a few of his mates. It's difficult to integrate into a friendship circle that's ~7-years strong, but I'm not making excuses as I'm still persisting every week by asking them out for a pint.
Somewhat getting a hand back on my frame in the home and work environment. I've observed how having scarcity in your life unconsciously affects your frame and how you behave in interactions. I think that, when I was in a relationship, I had natural abundance so gave much less of a fuck. Learning to develop frame when having no female opportunities and friends is proving challenging - especially challenging for my ego.
Practising guitar every day. I've been on-and-off for a few years, and I've found having super ambitious goals helps set for something to strive towards.
Been stricter with my diet and the gym. Low-carb is helping my IF and low caloric-intake, and following a stricter gym plan, and actually finishing workouts, is proving to be fulfilling, especially when I'm looking at myself in the mirror.

Negatives:

This oneitis is a little bitch. A post I saw last week basically said "she's just another woman", which helped shake the oneitis off. I feel having no opportunities (my own fault, I know) just delays the time it'll take to 'get over her' completely. It's like my ego's turned her into something she's not. I could go in depth, but won't do here. The point is: I feel like fucking some other bird will help cleanse that ex outta my ego's grasp, it's a pity I'm still a fucking newb with women, but that's something I'm slowly working on.
I'm not nearly as clear-headed as I used to be - there's a lot of time where I'm in my head. I feel this is due to a few things: I don't have anyone I feel I can really talk to, other than my Mum, and even then I just feel shitty for talking about my personal shit with her. My direction is still pretty skewed - my job ain't what I want to do all my life (perhaps not even the same field), so working a 9-5 internship here can get tedious. I find I have little opportunities to grow (in regards to my comfortability with my sexuality and dealing with people) each day due working in front of a screen with very few strong people, and 4 women in the whole company, and because I'm usually too anxious to go clubbing on my own at the weekend (2 clubs in town, both aren't usually that busy. I know this is a shit excuse but unfortunately anxiety is a thing, yet I'm learning to handle it better).

Observations/Goals:

I've gotta fucking keep up this BJJ. It's just a group of guys, but there are a couple who are about my age, and it'd be great to become friends with a couple of them and maybe even get invited to shit. I find that, when I'm training with these guys, I can be my witty, uncensored and 'charismatic' self, without having to worry about being coined sexist or getting told off for 'swearing too much'. This is the only time I feel people can be straight with me without being passive aggressive or indirect when telling me something.
I've also gotta keep up guitar. It'd be fucking amazing to actually play in a band. It's something I've thought about, but never even considering it to become a reality. I'm no way near good enough yet, but by all means is it possible.
Although, for my age, I'd say I'm in a good position in life, I'm still never really satisfied with my progress. It's like I have good things going for me, but because I've still only fucked one girl and had one relationship, and find escalation scary and approaching girls in clubs even scarier, I feel like I'm lagging behind and I'm not comfortable with myself at times. In social settings I guess I can be the AMOG, even when I'm new to the group and the group contains people I've never met (this happened last week). Opportunities are scarce. Like for tonight, I asked around 10 people face-to-face if they wanted a pint, and all but one turned it down. I got a message earlier from the guy who came saying he now may not be able to come. I messaged 6 people on Facebook, one of them definitely is going, but hasn't messaged me saying when, one hasn't replied, and the other 4 can't. Again, there's no excuse for me not going out to the pub solo, but my excuse is just general anxiety regarding that.
Another problem is me not giving myself a break. Like, it could quite easily be said that "you should go to the pub tonight anyways. Stop being a little bitch. You're not going to grow by sitting at home doing fuck all, relying on others to come out so you can. Pussy", but that ain't doing me any good. While it's true, is there not a time where you can just give yourself a fucking break without beating yourself up over it?

Week 1 Hey so this is going to be my comment, I also got some questions so if you feel like replying, that'd be great.

Got on TRP before, and started reading The Rational Male once again, however I found reading it a bit awkward in Uni and buses, thus I got audiobook what works great for me.

Self-review: I wasted last 2 years on doing nothing much, barely passing and not exercising. I've been lazy little shit that didn't want to take responsibility for his life and lived in delusion of 'I've got still time for a change' loop. I kept gaining weight, and resulted with bmi about 20. The waking point were xam results, as well as increasing self realization about me wasting my life that was successfully covered by short self rewarding dopamine release loop.

Progress: Got to chapter 15 of TRM so far, refreshed few concepts, learned lots of new things. Started going to the gym, so far only twice cardio. Regarding gym, do you guys have any advices how to start lifting, or where to find any basic reading material, as I was thinking about going there in the early mornings to learn the basics and afterwards fit it in my schedule.

Not sure if it's a result of change In my attitude to women - whatever like, stopped be super caring bout anything. I got some attention looks

Pros:

Going to the gym for three weeks every single day and hired a personal trainer, he's been helping me a lot and its very fun to go, its relaxing and it feels like a second house.
At the end of the month going to do a conference about Blockchain in my University (I'm a Professor).
At the U currently creating an investigation center for engineering.
In my free time I freelance for web programming for an extra income.
I have my day full going to the gym, work and then freelancing.

Cons:

I haven't met much women recently, since I feel like I'm the prize I'm getting picky about the type of women I'm meeting. I met last week a cute one that impressed me very much but has a boyfriend, but who cares about him, I like her but still gonna try to create chances to meet more women.
Trying online dating without much success.
I need to make more money from my freelancing but Upwork can be a bitch to get jobs.

Looking forward to:

Keep going to the gym every day for the whole year.
Gonna meet the cute girl next week.
Gonna finish all the paperwork for my investigation center.

Still going to the gym after nearly a month even though I feel myself getting weaker. A lot weaker. My bodybuilder uncle and my trainer suggested eating more and some things to eat and protein suppliments, which I've been doing, but I still feel weaker than before on most days. I go daily. Trainer suggested I maybe get checked for 'pre-diabetes' if things don't improve. Also I tried tinder plus about a month ago too. Still 0 dates. Pros:

-End of semester! Positive marks from every subject, now 2,5 week of free time.

-Finished my apprenticeships. Learned a lot of new things, but opened my eyes on that what I want to do in the future (not my engineer degree subject)

-Of course not getting lazy. Turning back to C++ programming and learning Nowegian.

-Some gains on gym, definitely look better and better every week. Look forward to how I gonna look on summer.

Cons:

my hair sucks. but gonna have a cut next week, and ask for some protips about making condition of my hair better and some cutting ideas.
still not having my finances stable. but gonna be soon when i will put on market my new product.

After being taken down for 10 days with a chest infection last week I woke up from a nap yesterday with a 103 degree fever and it looks like I have the flu. My lungs still haven't even fully recovered from the chest infection and I have asthma so I'm a bit worried.

I just feel so useless lounging around the house feeling like shit for what will probably be another week to 10 days. My family is also out of the country for the next week so I'm a bit nervous about being home alone.

The only positive is that I can continue my reading through the sidebar with all the spare time I have now.

I have made some huge changes for the month of January. My LTR and I are separated for the time being. I have been continuing to take lifting very serious for the past 3.5 months also started to take diet very seriously. I have been on keto for about 3 weeks now. Doing lots of work with sponsees and being of service in that community. As well as starting up a new business venture in the next month or 2. Also starting a new career within the next couple weeks as a loan officer. Lots of huge stuff going on!

Only 17 years old and found TRPmonths back. Heard it from a friend and didn't immediately accept but i came to, immersing myself in The Red Pill. I used to fit in the absolute nice guy routine and was most surprised when i read many blue pill example threads, that i was indeed doing it wrong. The more i read the more i saw was true, and its so harsh. I had already started lifting, but after TRP i added the heavy part. I haven't tried hitting on women, mostly because i haven't molded myself yet. I want to focus on self-improvement more than anything else. Been going out clubbing a lot recently. I have no more fear of dancing my ass off and people say I'm really good at it. Even the guy that everyone said can really dance came up to me and said "i'm just faking it till I make it but you can REALLY dance!" I feel pretty good about it because clubbing is fun now and I don't feel like I'm just there to meet girls. I'm finding that girls like to be around me when I dance but when I try to escalate by putting my arm around them or on their hip they move away. It doesn't help that I'm 99% of the time the shortest guy in the club, but whatever because I'm having the time of my life in there.

In my head all I'm thinking is escalate escalate escalate because I'm sick of being a being an AFC. My bodyfat has gone wayyy down. I think I'm around 16 or 17% at the moment. I can see my top abs but still have too much fat on my legs and my lower abs aren't that defined. Lots of work to become a greek god though. I'm about 5'5, 150 lbs, 245lb squat for 4 reps, 185 bench for 3 reps, 315 DL for 5 reps(probably lower at the moment because It's been a few weeks since my last deadlift), 115 OHP for 3 reps. Face is average at BEST. If not then less. I look young for my age. I'm being more sexual in conversation and all that but game definitely needs work. Approaching every day now. Gonna up it to 3 people each day, 5 if I'm out longer than usual. Eating healthier than I have in my life but also realizing how expensive it is. Considering using my last year of college as a bulk phase since the food is easy to come by and afterwards burning the fat will be easy simply because of cost of food.

I guess a question that I have is often girls will straight up ignore me in conversation if there's a taller dude around. I've already adopted the mindset of being the prize so when girls don't listen or they don't pay attention/don't agree to dance, it doesn't phase me as long as I'm having fun. I'm starting to realize that if you're not attractive you're literally dead weight to most girls. I knew this somewhat but I've been putting myself in positions to experience this more and I've lived it now. They don't look at you, your words are just background noise to that of the man of their desire, and you're nothing more than a source of validation. I know desire isn't negotiable, but do things like social proof matter if you're not attractive? Do things like skill in something or ability in something matter if you're not attractive? Can you be hot if you're not attractive? Now that I'm typing these out, does attraction even mean physically wanting to have sex with someone? When I'm out dancing and people form a circle around me and cheer me on, is that attraction? Being able to attract both guys and girls to my presence? Holy fuck was I attractive last night because of that? I think just sitting and typing this whole thing changed my entire perspective on attraction. This whole time I've thought attraction was IOIs, obviously trying to get close to me on the dance floor, striking up conversations for seemingly no reason, being physically and genetically lucky, but is it just being someone that people want to be around for some reason, whether they want to fuck you or not? And if a girl wants to be around you for whatever reason, you put your hands on her enough times, don't be a retard, show you want to be around her too, and eventually you'll lead her somewhere private to sex? Am I overthinking or is this perspective shift accurate for anyone else? I'm gonna stop typing now because I might go on too long.

I normally don’t frequent here, but I’m super happy about the (albeit minimal) progress I’m making.

I’m a bonafide procrastinator but have been keeping not only on top of, but 2 weeks ahead of my classes this semester.

I have also gained about 7 pounds ( I’m borderline skinny/average weight for my height) in the past month, and now starting Monday, I’ll be working out 5 days a week.

All of this may seem minimal, but because I procrastinate so hard I constantly ruin my own progress. I’m excited for the future.

Pros: - Finished another round of the Insanity workout. Love how much stronger my core has become in just two months. - Applying to jobs again after a brief hiatus and getting closer to my first gig as a software developer. - NoFap strength is on point as fuck. This can be attributed to my daily meditation practice of equanimity

Cons: - Still unemployed. After getting closer to something with the last batch of interviews, I didn't hear back from these damn companies even when I follow up. - Undisciplined. I should probably be coding every day and practicing interview q's, but I am very much on a motivation-based routine now that I'm out of school. Gonna have to find another passion project to build as it's easy to code all the time when the thing you're making is fucking cool.

Goals for this Friday: 1. Kill it with the interview that I'm lining up this week and practice exam q's prior to the test. 2. Start my next round of p90x 3. Experiment with intermittent fasting prior to the official start of the workout routine 4. Read my fucking books that I have had on my shelves for ages

TL;DR One month TRPiller, focusing on gym for the first time ever in my life and I maintain myself busy with college, rugby, gym and side projects after being dumped (that's how it felt) by the one I had oneitis on.

Been swallowing the pill for one month. During the first weeks I had regretted not found TRP before, since most of the problems I have had in the past were related with it, but I guess if I hadn't had them I wouldn't be here improving.

21 yo. For the first time in my life I have been going to the gym for more than 2 weeks straight (and the first time I have gone 6 days in a row, since my rest day is on Sunday). I started to go to my college rugby club because of the weekly parties, I was about to quit after realizing that being a boy raised by a single mother would benefit shit tons from a rugby club, so i just train and hang out with them, but I don't party that much, maybe once a month if so. Because I'm really busy with the gym (I'm small and slim currently and I want to become big before anything). Also, I am doing Computer Science which is a demanding college degree, and I want to have a high GPA so I can go to a top level college some day maybe. I am reading one book per week as well, only non-fiction.

I guess it all started when the chick that I had oneitis on, complied to my demand of not seeing each other anymore (I was too stressed because she was so annoying and I told her to fuck off, and she did).

Also, first time I post on this sub.

So I've been trying ways to escalate immediately with girls I've just met, be it cold approach or social circle.

One thing i do is instead of going for a traditional handshake i go for a soft kiss on hand while looking deep in their eyes.

It seems to be working well for me but there is this thought in back of my mind if this gives off boyfriend/provider vibe.
