I got into debates on a server of women about this stuff and they basically either admitted my points or used ad hominem rofl
Interacting with women is generally even much more red-pilling than scrolling through servers like this. Gave me some damning confirmations

He is being an incel, christ please tell me you guys don't actually think like this? "you wanted to keep all the benefits of the friendship while offering nothing in return" bruh they offer YOU friendship in return. Friendship is a two way street of appreciation, it doesn't need to end in a relationship.
I've had girlfriends and girl-friends, they are two different things. Accusing someone of "using you" because they don't return your affection means you were using them all along. If the only reason you're hanging out with someone is because you think by giving them enough affection they'll owe you sex, you're a bad fucking person. You are using them, and their friendship, as an opportunity to acquire sex. No different from a woman using a man for his wallet, you just want to use her for her body.

He is spot on. Women are not equipped to handle "male" problems. In fact, whenever you show them that you are losing the plot and are hitting dire straits (as a "friend" or partner, does not matter) they will recoil in disgust.

Can confirm. Had a "friend" of the female persuasion call me asking for a ride home because she was stuck somewhere. Of course, no problem I'm glad to help a friend in need. Fast forward a few years, I can't drive because I got a DUI. All I asked for was just someone to come over and talk because I was in a bad place mentally and all I got were bullshit excuses. Needless to say, I no longer talk to this person.

So for a little context before I share my thoughts: last year my mental (and even physical) health took a dive I have never had before when I found out my GF of 5 years had cheated on me. (online only, but still cheated) This caused me to lose my job and my self worth. It wasn't really until about last month that I made any kind of progress in building myself up again when I finally got into boiler making with a union. It was my first personal win in nearly a year...
Reading this thread has made me think about how I don't have any male friends that relate to what I was/am going through. I was lucky enough to have a super supportive (female) friend that helped me get through the hardest time in my life (as I helped her with hers years ago) But it's for sure not quite the same and would explain why I still feel like I am going thru all this alone.

Most women suck at friendship, which requires compassion for others.
Women have zero compassion for men.
I would also argue that very few women are actually capable of loving men in any meaningful way. Men die for their wives, Women DO NOT die for their husbands.

Honestly I have sympathy (although very minimal) for some of these women. They have men simping for them and calling it friendship so often that they don't recognize what friendship actually looks like, especially male friendship. My guess is when this guy got friendzoned he stopped simping and started treating this woman like a mid-low tier friend.

He's probably now matching the amount of effort she puts into the friendship. She wants him to put in the amount of effort as someone who wants to date her, but she doesn't want to reciprocate.
"Lets just be friends? Okay, lets see what she means by that. I'll try to let her initiate conversations every other time. I'll let her invite me to a dinner night. I'll let her plan the next time we hang out".
But she doesn't do any of that. So she's sitting there wondering why he's not leading the way anymore without ever stopping to think how much he had to work in their "friendship". She thinks he's avoiding her, while he's probably waiting for her to do anything a friend would.

A lot of women know exactly what's up, they just feign ignorance to keep the orbiters comin' and to avoid being held responsible. They're only held socially responsible if they're aware, but if they pretend they only want friendship and the man doesn't, then they can blame him for "only wanting one thing" and being a creep etc.
[–]whoa_athray 74 points75 points76 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly.
These women know exactly where they're doing.
I once went to a co-workers birthday party. She was about an 8/10, big tits, red head, really flirtatious, and had no shortage of admirers and men wanting to date her. Looked like a real life Jessica Rabbit.
Absolutely no other girls there but tons of random dudes there of all shapes and sizes who were her "friends". One guy who helped her fix her car, another who watched her dogs for her, and one guy who cooked for her. It was obvious that they were all orbiters who didn't really give a crap about their "friendship" with her and just waiting around for their chance with her.
Of course she never fucked or dated any of them. Not going to lie, I just went to her party for a shot as well, but it was pretty clear as the night went on that she just uses guys she isn't romantically interested in and I realized that anyone doing what all these other guys were trying was just wasting their time.
[–]askmrciaJr. Hamster Analyst 23 points24 points25 points 5 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
This story reminds me of a girl who was in our social circle a few years ago.
She used the guys for the cool parties and social gatherings these guys would host. Ofcourse they too all wanted a shot at her, but when they didn't get anywhere they were fine just being friends.
Eventually they cut her off because they noticed that she was using them. Using their parties to look for other guys to date. You could tell because she would always skip or flake on the small gatherings. Or show up and then leave in ten minutes when she felt the parties weren't cool enough. But everything she hosted people would show up and stay.
Straight women don't make the best friends. Gay women can though.

Haha that happened to me. I was honored to get the invite, put on a nice shirt and shit, showed up on time and walked in. I looked at a small group of other guys who looked like me with new shirts on, they looked at me, I laughed and gave her the gift I wrapped.
I left before the cake came out lol

She knows exactly what she is doing. The only part that chaps my ass about this kind of stuff is when they act oblivious.
I encountered this in the past. I told the woman to let all her other male “friends” that there is no chance of sex ever and see how many of them want to be your friend still. To her shock, none of them still wanted to be her friend!
A male friend is just someone patiently waiting their turn.
[–]OwenWentFullMGTOW 40 points41 points42 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I did that to a female "friend" once too. We had a heated discussion about all the male friends she had. She swore they were all just friends. So, I challenged her to call each of them one by one and say directly and outright that they had zero chance with her.
But she refused to do it. Can't imagine why.
[–]AldabruzzoNo busted Pillsbury biscuit cans 94 points95 points96 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
She said:
"I friendzoned a guy because I didn't want anything more than a friendship."
There's friendship, and then there's the friendzone.
The "friendzone" is not "friendship". The friendzone is a fake offer of "friendship", extended to defuse the awkwardness of her telling him she's not sexually interested in him. It also is intended to put the onus back on the man so that no matter what he does, she "wins".
She did not want to be friends with the man she friendzoned. What she wanted to do was to get rid of the awkwardness and bad feelings, and get him to go away and leave her alone. She had no intention of socializing with or having any kind of substantive interactions with him.
[–]OptimalAdhesiveness 29 points30 points31 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This right here is a great point. The two terms are NOT synonyms. We already have the word friend or friendship - that’s what you’d use if it was actually applicable. The word ‘friendzone’ doesn’t mean that same thing, and we all know it. You wouldn’t say you friendzoned your buddy, and that’s because of the connotations it brings with its usage.
[–]PlaceboKoyote 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

[–]AldabruzzoNo busted Pillsbury biscuit cans 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
She should tell him she wants to be his friend and she should then immediately do something friend-y for him. Something or some things that friends would do for each other. Buy him a drink. Pick up the check for a lunch. Help him with something.

The first half of this answer is 100% correct. But they lost me at “women don’t really have friends in other women.” This is simply untrue: women can be and are absolutely friends with one another, although not always. The dynamic in female friendships is certainly different than that of male friendships, but can be equally beneficial and genuine in both instances.

There was this one girl I talked to who kept telling me that I needed to “open up” and “allow (my)self to be loved again”
I was closed off because, sure I’ve been hurt in the past but I genuinely didn’t want a girlfriend or any kind of intimate relationship.
But she wore me down, we went on a date and hooked up. Then a few weeks later she decided that were too “fundamentally different” to be together. This was after several days of acting cold and distant, to which she blamed on school and said everything is great with us.
She still referred to me as her best friend and all that nonsense and then started dating some roided up simpleton (this is the kind of girl who would say things like, “I’m attracted to intelligence.”)
After that I slowly started distancing myself from her, I finally was able to get over her after she played me. She would call me to talk on the phone and I would ignore it more and more to the point where she had to ask why I was being like this and how I’m “supposed to be (her) best friend!”
At that point I was like, bitch, you played me. You wanted a relationship so bad that you convinced me against my better judgement to give it a try. Then you decided, “nah nevermind.”
I told her to go find another sucker and that I was r going to be her gay best friend.
She ended up being one of the best bullets I ever dodged.

The friendzone doesn't exist. Either she's fucking you or she's not. That's it. If you're willing to spend time, money, and effort on someone who isn't reciprocating on any level (because no one is entitled to sex) then it's on you. You can't get mad if you let people take advantage.
The relationship that started me on my RP journey was with a chick, total smoke show, from a small town where she grew up with her orbiters. I show up at her regular bar one night. We start talking, start dating, and start fucking. Eventually, I started to meet her friends who were always happy to see her and made sure she always had a drink. And, at the end of the night when we were both good and tipsy we'd go home and have drunk sex (do not do this unless you're in a committed relationship and have rock solid consent).
Eventually, her friends started getting pissed because she was always with me (not a big drinker) and not with her "friends" drinking. And, one bad break up later, I discovered TRP, and what she was doing was suddenly obvious. She was keeping orbiters for free entertainment. And, dating decent, stable guys like myself for sex and a sense of security.
TL;DR: Men don't red pill men, women do.

The friendzone doesn't exist.
What do you mean? Definition of friendzone is “a situation in which a friendship exists between two people, one of whom has an unreciprocated romantic or sexual interest in the other.”
Are you saying that doesn’t ever happen? I’m confused
[–]sleepyweaselisawakeI never flair my posts 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The friendzone is an abstract concept that is used to salve the feelings of men who pour financial and emotional effort into women who will never, ever reciprocate.
Men who continue to throw resources at a woman who does not give a shit about them aren't in the friendzone because she's not your friend. She's just a selfish, soulless harpy who is content to enjoy the gifts you're willing to give. In reality, you are in the Sunk Cost Fallacy Zone where you have put so much time and effort into getting a woman's attention that the only solution is to keep trying rather than cut your losses.

She thinks you would be perfect…for anyone else. Except attraction is not as subjective as you’d think. That’s why all these thots go for the same 1% of men. So I can't have a male friend because that's "friendzoning" and I can't have a female friend without it being a "frienemy"? I'm genuinely confused. I have male and female friends and so does my boyfriend and no issues have arisen thus far. However, friendships with other women are generally deeper since we relate more and can share in the girly stuff a guy wouldn't care about/understand. I assume male friendships are better for men for the same reason as female friendships are generally better for women.
[–]Fuckleberry__Finn 25 points26 points27 points 5 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
No one’s saying you can’t have male friends. It’s just that many men who befriend women do so because they eventually want more than a friendship out of it, so don’t be surprised if they want to break it off if you don’t feel the same
If your male friend also just wants to be friends, then great!
[–]holymotherofbunniesWahmyns, allegedly with no daddy issues! 15 points16 points17 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
That makes sense. In high school my friend group was a mix of guys and girls. In college I had a good male friend who had a lot of interests in common with me (same major, both like animals, similar sense of humor) but it was plain that we were not compatible in any romantic sense (different religion, politics, etc) and it never came up. At church I always had some friends in youth group and bible study that were guys, but kind of like high school, that's a mixed group in general. I guess the common thread is being an a group of friends rather than a one-on-one scenario changes the gender dynamics.

As another girl lurking here, I definitely think that it’s more realistic to develop a mutually platonic friendship with someone of the opposite sex when it’s centered around a mutual hobby or interest. IMO that tends to provide a neutral foundation to the friendship where your interactions and discussions are centered around something that isn’t overtly masculine or feminine.
Of course, dating someone you met through a shared activity is very common too, so it’s still important to be willing to re-evaluate the sustainability of the friendship if one side eventually develops romantic feelings. The biggest issue with the friendzone (aside from girls who intentionally attract guys just friendzone them for attention or manipulation), is that it’s virtually impossible to maintain a healthy friendship with someone when you have feelings for them but they’re not on the same page. No matter how it goes from there, someone is going to end up disappointed or hurt 99% of the time when non-mutual feelings are involved.
[–]holymotherofbunniesWahmyns, allegedly with no daddy issues! 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I totally agree. I can sympathize with the guy for having his feelings unrequited and the girl for losing a friendship (assuming she didn't intentionally lead him on). It's a sucky situation and I've seen it happen.
Also, hello fellow female!

In this case, I'm sympathetic to the guy, but not to the girl, because my sense (Admittedly I could be wrong), is that this was a one-way street: the guy spent lots of his time and effort on her, and she probably did not do anything back for him. Why do I think that? Because the only point she raises is that he's no longer around to be her shoulder to cry on. Nothing about how she feels bad for what he might be going through, having his heart broken, etc.
Granted, it was a short post, so maybe she does feel those things. But if your first thought is "he's no longer around to deal with my shit" rather than "I feel awful that my friend feels so bad, and that I can't help him get through it", then there's a high chance she never actually cared about him to begin with.

I haven't ever seen genuine, lasting friendship between two diff. genders where there was zero sexual interest. Granted, I'm talking about old-fashioned friendship, where there's trust and loyalty, lasting association. Now, it's been watered down into a kind of loose confederation of people with linked social media accounts.
I did have a few "friends" that were girls, but a couple of them were in this weird thing where we both friendzoned the other and were a little lost at the possibility they weren't going to be the orbiting us. It was pretty stable for a long time, until she got an engagement offer and started asking if I could fly her out to live with me and "give us a try". After that I didn't see her for a few years.

So I can't have a male friend because that's "friendzoning" and I can't have a female friend without it being a "frienemy"?
Both of those phenomena are common enough to be stereotypical, but they don't apply to everyone. IMO, the commenter in the OP was sensationalizing the "frenemy" issue, probably due to negative personal experiences or pop culture influences. If one is a relatively rational and moral person, then one naturally filters these people out of their life.
That being said, he's more or less right on the money with "friend-zoning" — if a man finds a woman attractive, he will leverage his familiarity with her when he makes a move to escalate. After all, we are told repeatedly that women want to be friends with us first, in order to feel more "comfortable".
On a personal note, I only have a handful of female friends — they are all much older than me, and I will always see them only as mother figures or mentors.

The fact that you don't get it lends a bizarre credibility to this entire discussion.
The argument is essentially that when it comes to male/female friendships, females benefit from it far more than men do.

Why do incels look at it like a business relationship? Do people make spreadsheets for the stuff their male friends offer them?
Hardly, in male friendships there is a not a lot of 'working' , but when it is a serious thing, your buddy will be there, if not was just a accquaintance, not friendship. The business relationship, is the default female mindset, just look at the tinder profiles, or any feminine sub, always wanting everything while contributing with almost nothing in the relationship. When males begin to look at relationships like business as you say, they will understand romantic relationships are a bad deal for men and never want one again.
And there are no "incels", if something is involuntary as stated, the blame is in who uses the word, trying to humilliate someone about what can't control, imagine people being accused of being involuntary black, involuntary white, involuntary blind.

I think both the OP and you are partially correct.
I'm a guy, and I have several close female friendships. It's possible. There's a difference between being friends and being in the friendzone. The difference isn't about who has feelings for the other. It's about reciprocity. The girl who friendzones a guy tends to be a pretty shitty friend. That is, it's a one-way street: the guy does all sorts of stuff, spends time, money and mental energy to her benefit, and she does very, very little in response. Guys get into this because their desire for the girl blinds them to the fact that the girl is, in fact, a net drain on his life. If it wasn't for that desire, he'd see it pretty easily and cut ties.
OTOH, a guy and a girl can absolutely be great friends, and that's defined by reciprocity: are they both willing to sacrifice time, resources, etc. for each other, and do they genuinely care about each other as much as the other person cares about them?
So you're right about that... But here's the thing. For heterosexual guys and girls, if you find someone who has an amazing personality, genuinely cares about you, goes to great lengths to do stuff for you and be there for you when you need him/her, it's hard not to develop romantic feelings for them. This doesn't happen for example with guy/guy or girl/girl friendships, because, if you're not homosexual, you'll never see a same-sex person in romantic terms no matter how close you get to him/her. We even joke about bromances and stuff like that because guys can develop incredibly close friendships with raw emotional intimacy and still not want anything romantic with them. Same with girls and their "girl crushes", etc.
But it's really hard for that not to happen with someone of the opposite sex. Contrary to popular belief, physical appearance is not the be-all and end-all of [longterm] attraction. From my own experience, for example, the last time I went through this (a long time ago :-), I wasn't actually physically attracted to her initially. Sure, she was good looking, but not jaw-dropping hot or anything, and in either case, I just wasn't attracted. But we worked together, and as we got to know each other, and learned about each others' lives and everything, we fell for each other. Unfortunately for us, the timing was off :-) She fell for me first, but I wasn't in a place to start anything romantic with her (I was single, but not in a great place emotionally), so we stayed friends. A year later, as we got to know each other more, I fell hard for her, but she had sort of moved on. At that point, I cut it off, and stopped being her friend (we still had to maintain a work relationship, but I put a halt to anything more than that). We were good friends before, but there was no way I was going to get over my romantic feelings for her if we stayed friends.
Plenty of women would probably accuse me of having some sort of 2-year long con going on, that I secretly wanted to get in her pants the minute I saw her and then spent 2 years deceiving her as some sort of dastardly way of extracting sex from her. But that's not true. And for most NiceGuys(tm), I'd assert it's equally untrue: it's just that the foundation of a good long-term relationship is a good long-term friendship, so it's inevitable that after being someone's friend, you end up having an intense desire to develop it further. And when that happens, unless the feeling is mutual, at the right time / place / etc for both parties, and so on, it doesn't work out, at which point the friendship is too painful to continue with.
This happens a lot with guy/girl friendships, which, IMHO, is where the oft-stated dictum that guys and girls can't be friends comes from. And I would tend to agree with it in general, while realizing there can be exceptions. Further, IMHO, 90% of the exceptions come from situations where you *can't* have a romantic relationship for some other reason, so from the very beginning your brain never sees that as a possibility. For example, family members (unless you live in Alabama :-), or wives/girlfriends of your good friends, girls you know from kindergarten or at least pre-puberty and now view as like your sister, etc. But if there's even a 5% chance that something could be possible, your brain is hardwired to start viewing them as a potential mate.

Not all of your male friends would be in the so called "friendzone."
It has to do with reciprocity. Some women enjoy getting the attention from men, maybe even unconsciously. But, none of it is returned. I'm not saying there has to be a tit-for-tat or romance.

I never got this. The "friend zone" is fine if both parties communicate their intentions from the start. I don't get why people (mostly women) are surprised when a guy proposes more than friends, she rejects him, and he moves on. Why the hell would I want to spend time with someone I'm attracted to who doesn't have the same feelings for me?

What's rly weird is when you start dating a girl and she introduces you to her friends... the majority of whom are male.
That happened to me once. I started up with a new girl and things were great. Shortly after we started up, we went to a bar to "meet up with some of her friends". And lo and behold, all of them were guys! And none of them were super-talkative to me, or to each other. They each recognized the other as competition and they recognized me was the one who got the prize.
Surprise surprise, most of them stopped speaking to her after that incident.

Back in my tragic bluepill days, I was in the friendzone. I texted this girl all the time. I finally made my move. Got shot down with some lame excuse. Said I was third on her list to marry when she hit 30. Finally through the grace of God and common sense, I realized that I was being foolish. I immediately cut all texting/contact. Never received a single text asking "what happened?" or "are you OK?" You know which is something I would do if a friend of mine suddenly ceased daily contact.
They don't want friends. They want orbiters to brag about and to worship them.

I see myself in this story and I hate it. I don't mean to be down on myself, just admitting my sin: I was a pathetic little orbiter in my high school years. There was this one girl I was into but never found my balls and asked her out until it was way too late. Since I had a car I was quite valuable to her, taking her off campus for lunch and whatnot. I was also quite useful to her in band as I would intently sit and listen to all of her (in hindsight, super petty and miniscule) problems. I really thought that acting this way was the path to getting a girl. Thanks to my single mom for teaching me such amazing social skills.
Of course this shit led nowhere, and in fact she started dating another guy (who was a total douchebag) in the midst of all this. I still stayed her friend for... some reason. I remember one special moment where my cuckery was in full display, as she was in my car and I got the special gift of watching them kiss through the rolled down window. After they broke up I finally did ask her out and was of course shot down. Shit hurt, but in hindsight it's all good. I later learned she made him wait six months for a kiss, then ended up cheating on him with an even bigger douche.
It's been about 19 years since all this happened, she's now married and she's tried to add me on Facebook a few times. Every time I laugh and immediately delete the request. But goddamn, I wish I had a mentoring male in my life back in these days who would have sat me down and given a speech like that.

I whole heartedly disagree with your last paragraph. Men are very open with each other with their feelings, far more than I think women want to fully understand. Men will help each other get out of many emotional trenches, men know how to joke with each other and how to not get offended by friends helping them out.
Women on the other hand, they are terrible at listening to other people talk about their feelings and problems. It inevitably circles back to "yeah but, when are we going to talk about MY problems?" Men dont do that.

The trick about the Friendzone thing is that friendship isn't inherently opposed to sex. I don't sleep with my guy friends not because they are friends, I don't sleep with them because I am not sexually attracted to guys.
By friendzoning him you don't say he is good as a friend, you just say that sexually, he is below your consideration.

Women don't really have friends in other women, they have 'frenemies'. ... Men generally don't have frenemy dynamics which is why male friendship is so much more valuable.
It's so obvious. Yet, I never would've thought to phrase it that way. Women seek male friendship because female friendship is unworthy. Men seek only male friendship for the same reason. A man rly has no reason to just be friends with a woman. But a woman has no reason to start something romantic with a man if he's willing to settle for friendship.

[–]Hardlymd 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I want to say that I, as a happily married straight woman, that I’ve actually had a very good and close friendship with a straight male colleague. There was literally no sexual tension in either direction in the friendship. I was/am authentically happily married, and he was a very active dater and sought-after single guy.
This type of friendship has only happened once in my life though, so I guess it is true that it is the exception that proves the rule.
However, our friendship was/is genuine as we were both in the same hyper-specialized and competitive profession and at the same point in that profession. For various reasons, at that time we were also both sort of outside of the normal “clique” in the profession. (It is a high-barrier-to-entry profession, with a doctorate as the starting point, so the experiences within it are hard to relate to unless you’ve been there.)
We’ve lost touch at various points, but when we speak again it’s like no time has passed.
Essentially, like any other old friendship. Neither one of us liked each other in that way or wanted to cross that line, and so it really was a true, platonic friendship in both directions. It may help that I am an INTJ woman, the rarest personality type, and a personality type often associated with men. Anyhoo, just wanted to provide a contrasting experience.

I hardly disagree with this:
First: Relationships etcs are not transactional. Like i can't do sb favours and expect them to get in a relationship with me for being nice and being friends with her. You can't expect sth in exchange for friendship besides maybe friendship. Like if she isn't interested in him as more than a friend... should she just stop talking to him at all or what?
Second: I just disagree with your statement that men don't want to be friends with women. Men and women can be just friends too, like see it that way: If he has multiple female friends... he might be interested in one but not in all of them, that would be stupid and ridiculous. If he wants more than just friends he can ask, but should be prepared for being rejected, it is just a risk.
You can't really earn a relationship or romantic attraction.

I don't have any female friends other than my wife. We've been friends for 20 years and married for 15. She's another one of those "exceptions" in that she reciprocated the friendship and we're both exceptions in that we're both attracted to each other and ultimately ended up in an intimate relationship. Our mutual interest was getting married and having kids.
This was a totally different experience from all the women before her. All women wanted to friendzone me and use me for my money, car, drugs, social status, party connections, an extra person at a fundraiser, etc. Fuck those bitches. Ghosted for life. They missed out on a 20+ year friendship with a great guy and the good girl got me. In your face! I make bank, work out, and traipse around with my 100lb hot wife best friend. Ok, but you have to admit that if you are doing something under the guise of a “friend” biding your time in hopes you’ll be in her good graces to be able to get a date. that’s a little disingenuous, no? If feelings develop naturally and you just like don’t wanna be around her anymore cause it sucks to be friends with someone you like I totally get that, I’ve been there before. Ofcourse you, I and others on this forum understand what they really mean by that statement, but it took some experience to get there.
More complex because there is insecurity and hope, the person can believe will "win her affection" with time, and being upfront is all or nothing. Of course Chad have another perspective, one come from scarcity mentality, other from abundance.

I have a question, what if she doesn't want any relationship with others? The woman shouldn't have been surprised to what the guy has done, but tbh I don't see any issue other than this. The murder comment sounded like the woman should give a chance to everyone who makes efforts for her.
You got wrong, the comment just showed those relationships are bad for men, as the real benefits of friendship will only be achieved between men, and the thing men can have only from women, will be denied in this situation, so it is a no go. The comment is not adressed to change women's nature but to make men aware so they take informed choices. As the witch Flemeth in Dragon Age said: "No path is darker than when your eyes are shut".

I mean I absolutely know that these types of women exist, but to say things like women can't have women friends / frenemies are just not accurate and seems to be a stereotype based on trash TV because they don't have any other/enough experience to draw sample from.
That said though, I'm sure the men in here can't be bothered at all with what other people think and certainly don't care about the bad rep because as far as they know, everyone here is just spitting facts and every guy out there are just simps if they disagree and think that as if by making the first draw mocking other people who could be saying they might be bordering incels makes it any less true. It's not quite I'll give you that but it's in the same town: making fun of fat people, misogyny, objectification, lack of self-awareness.
It's hugely entertaining though.

Fair enough.
Downvotes don't mean anything.
Leave the policing to the mods. Report things that break the rules.
u/One-Move actually had a good point.
