Does this really surprise anybody? Plenty of studies have been done on large quantities of data from dating sites and they all point to this being true. Repeat your experiment with race being a variable and you will be even more surprised. An ugly white guy will have far more success than an above average black or Asian guy and you can't change your race. Some people get dealt much better hands, but you can't do anything about that. You can only play the hand you were dealt, so why not play it well? If you get severely triggered by the fact that you won't have the best looking women swarming you wherever you go, you need to re-examine your priorities in life. Because even if you are lucky enough to be that male supermodel, you are going to get old at some point.

Everybody is talking about improving your looks by working out, and that can move the needle if you are morbidly obese. But if you are at a healthy weight, there is a limit to how much it can help. The other factor that can really move the needle is money. Most men realize that money matters a lot, but I think they greatly under estimate how much it matters. If you are not significantly above median income, that should probably be your #1 focus (even if it is not for women, do it for yourself).

I dunno, hey. I had one friend who was just over 40, not brilliantly handsome, but he had good photos. Like you could tell he'd picked them carefully, showed different aspects of his personality, gym, social, formal etc. He killed it on Tinder.

I have another friend who has been diagnosed with something horrible and has a short life expectancy. He gets on Tinder, and take no prisoners. The shit he says to these girls, my fucking god. They lap it up, and are chasing him within a short time.

So yes, while looks matter, there is a lot more than can get you laid consistently. That is, if we are taking Tinder success as a measurement of real world success. Don't go all incel.

But really, if you are decent looking (let's face it, you can't be ugly) and not pulling, how good is your game, really? You can communicate a fuckload more than you think with good game.

Of course if you look like 8/9 or above, and are jacked, you'll have more chicks coming to you, but don't underestimate what good game can achieve. The realy question is, how good is your game, really?
