No matter how much of a rockstar you are — the company has to (and should from a financial standpoint) take action — you will be dismissed and your reputation will be fucked for awhile as you try to get new work. They will not take your side; even if they wanted to - they would risk looking like they condone sexual harassment— fucking CEOs are being tossed to curb because of this shit. Also from a company standpoint; they might be pissed that you decided to create all this drama and situation because ‘hey my coworker is a douche; let me fuck his girl’ — yep that makes a productive work environment.
