If you live in a noticeably challenging place for dating. A number is going to be just as worthless as the time you spent getting it.

I do sales for a living so opening and closing are exceptionally easy for me. I can open nearly any girl you set eyes upon and leave with her number.

But don't be jealous because none of them get back to me. The problem is the mid-game. The meat. And unfortunately. If you're like me, you wont have any mid game because your exposure levels are nilch.

There are two ways to build mid game

  1. Get guy friends. Keep a look out for the ones who have the best mid-game with women. I know a guy who can keep a whole circle of women interested for hours at a time.

  2. Bang your head against the wall. Go out, open women and see how long you can keep them excited to talk to you. After a while you'll come to the unpleasant realization that you're a boring or strange person. Then you can take strides to improve that.

As much as I hate to say it. Without a solid mid-game you've only just scratched the surface of pick-up. You're a salesman with no product. Figuring this out it going to take far longer than it did to work out your opening and closing strategy. This is why a lot of guys will try for years with no success.
