Either date for an LTR (then she usually won't care) or get your own place before trying to date. No offense at 29, it will be very difficult for women to look past it unless she's very traditional and family-oriented.

Hotel rooms could be an interim option.

Hotels are your best bet if the need for 100% privacy and discretion is needed.

Since you’re in a “major” metropolitan city, your least expensive hotels will be (1) close to the airport, and (2) in the suburbs, farther from the city center. Those hotels will also be most likely to have a room available / no reservation needed.

Believe me: the hotel front desk staff will not care that your wife (wink) was a blonde last week and a brunette this week.

Consider a hybrid arrangement if you can afford. Stay with your parents, but also become a sort of limited roommate. All you need is a bedroom, and possibly living room privileges. That way, if necessity dictates, you have a place to go. I did that for awhile. My elderly mother needed care, so I lived with her to watch over her. But I wasn’t gonna bring girls over. So, I paid a college buddy for one of his bedrooms. I was seldom there, so I didn’t interrupt his game. Win-win all the way around.

I feel you! I live in San Diego and it’s the most expensive place in the US to live. If your second date goes well and you’ve been flirting successfully I’d say something like, “you want to go back to your place?” after the second date. That should get you some action, if they are open to it.

A couple options here. Firstly, if you’re just trying to date and hook up, it’s going to be difficult living with your parents. I’d start with saying “we should go back to your place.” I’ve been successful many times with that. It takes girls by surprised and if she’s into you will likely say yes. Don’t even bring your place up in the beginning.

However, she may ask about going to your place instead. If you have a clever way to redirect, like by saying “a girls room tells me so much about who they are,” then do it. The line you use will depend on the girl and how you two are vibing.

She may shut this down and offer to go back to your place instead. In that case you have to make a decision whether or not you are down for her knowing you live with your parents. If you are, tell her something along the lines of “Just a heads up, my parents live with me.” Spin it like your parents are old, retired, or sick, and you are well off with your job and take care of them and believe in taking care of family. Say that you just got done living on your own for 5+ years and after getting a recent promotion at work, you moved back to help take care of them and some house repairs. You can also tell them it’s just temporary for a couple weeks/months. I drive a luxury car, and my dad literally walks with a cane. It’s not an unbelievable sell for my situation. YMMV. A woman’s main concern with you living with your parents is that you’re a bum who can’t take care of himself. If you can spin this like you’re successful and actually your parents need your help, you’re way more likely for her not to care.

Now if it’s a girl you’re interested in a long term relationship with, you’ll need to be more honest and forthcoming because she is going to figure out the truth sooner or later.

Just ask at the beginning of the date if they want to go to your place or hers after the date, and mention you stay with your parents.

I was at a bar 1 time, and this guy in his 50s pulled one of my gf's friends (in her 30s), back to his home and he lived with his elderly mom.

Even a girl that I used to smash(about same age as you) she lived in a nice house in a nice area with her parents, and her ex she'd stay with lived in a small apartment with his parents in the hood.

Depends on the living situation. Do you have a separate suite or is your room wall to wall with theirs?

If it's the former, it's not hard to bring them back without the need to mention you're living with them. As long as there is privacy, a lot of girls won't mind. I've brought a lot of girls back to my parents' basement suite.

However if it's wall to wall (or something similar), then your best bet is to pick spots near where the girl lives, then when closing the date, suggest going back to hers "since you guys are nearby anyway". For instance:

"Do you like wine?"

"Yes"

"Why don't we pick up a bottle of wine and split it?"

"Sounds good, but where?"

"Well since we're so close to your place, how about we just go back to yours?"

I've used this strategy multiple times to great success as I lived with my parents for most of my 20s. It won't always work since some women will have roommates (and not want to bring a guy back) or also live with parents, but it's your best shot.

Don’t make “getting laid” the priority. Women can sense when your being greedy for those type of things. Just enjoy meeting new people and go with the flow.
