I don’t see much of a way out unless you escalate slowly and steadily over the course of the night and start at the very beginning of the night. This might hurt but it's likely the truth.

You met in a club. Then you went out in a group setting, where she likely met many of your friends and took tons of pictures for her social, but the vibe was good. Now you're taking her to a wedding, on an island, where there are clubs and beaches, which will almost certainly all make it onto her social as well.

You booked a room for the weekend and she said she might sleep on the couch. This was maybe a chance to respond "no goofball you'll sleep with me" and confirm whether she was there for you.

Unfortunately, the truth is she's likely there to have fun on the cheap, promote herself on social, meet fun people and make friends, and of course go to clubs and chill at the beach, likely not on her dime. It sucks, but it's kinda the nature of women.
