I lived at home from 18-21 and it was never an issue to do it in my room. Random hook ups didn’t care nor did my 2 girlfriends I had at the time. At that age I feel both me and the girls had pretty high sex drives so that made it easier.

I pulled a lot in college and I’d say 25% of hook ups happened in my car and and 50% at my place (parents would be gone during the day and took A LOT of business trips).

when the parents are not there
Do it at a friend's place
Do it at her place when her parents aren't there.
Create situations where the parents leave the house.
Or do like I did, just have sex in my room and just let the the parents get used to it.

Logistics is always a big part of "game" that isnt talked about enough. Everything can change if you have the right situation. Hopefully you are working on getting a car and/or place on your own ASAP. If you cant do it on own, get a buddy and patchup be roommates. The sooner you do that the sooner you can make things happen with ease. good luck

The real question is what kind of space? I’ve brought many women back to my parent’s place but we had a finished basement with it’s own entrance and a pull-out bed down there. They knew but didn’t pry too much.
