I'm a male.

When I don't want a 2nd date, I know EXACTLY why. If I don't want to continue dating someone, I always know the specific reason.

"I'm not physically attracted to her." "Her life circumstances are wayyy too messed up. Too many legal and financial problems." "We didn't mesh personality wise. My jokes went a mile over her head, and we just took turns talking at each other. She gave me a headache."

Like I can always pinpoint exactly what I didn't like about the person.

But for women, they seem to say very vague things like "no chemistry, spark, connection, not feeling it, too nerdy."

I obviously think that they're just trying to be polite and let me down easily, but I do sometimes honestly wonder if a lot of women can't specifically pinpoint why they don't like a guy.

I have female friends, and when I ask how their date went they tell me "I was expecting a different energy, so I was let down." Yet they can't explain more specifically what they mean (they have zero reason to lie to me, we're friends who fart in front of each other and I don't even know the guy.)

What are your thoughts?
