Feeling destroyed and at the low point in my life after my (52M) wife (46F) is done with me after 25 years together and 19 married.

In addition to the emotional hurt, I’m trying to digest the financial impact.  We plan to keep it amicable and use a mediator to finalize the separation agreement.  But my emotional state may be clouding my perspective on financials, and any sanity checks would be appreciated. Situation:

After 16 years of not working, she started working earlier this year and makes $59K/yr.  I earn $320K year. $2.7M total assets.  Under a tentative verbal agreement between us she gets the house ($1.1M) and an IRA ($0.2M).   I get an IRA ($1.0M), Roth IRA ($0.2M) and cash ($0.2M).  Then for the next 22 months (until kid turns 18) I pay $1.8K/mon for CS + $3.2K/mon for SS (for a total of $110K).  After the 22 month mark I will continue to pay the mortgage on her house ($1.7K/mon until 2036, $200K total; her income won't enable her to get her own mortgage). I will bear the financial burden of moving out of our low cost housing situation into a HCOL area.  Finally, the $2.7M above excludes a surprise grant of RSUs I received earlier this year, just after she pulled the plug on the marriage ($0.3M, double vesting hurdles through 2029).  She agreed to leave the RSUs out of the discussion. West coast 50/50 state, no set alimony formula, afraid of rolling the dice if we don't mediate.

Am I doing anything dumb or does this agreement pass the smell test?
