Society loves to fixate on the racial disparities, especially those between white and black people. However, society doesn't seem interested in the disparities between male and female despite that fact that they are greater.

For example, people talk about how black people are given harsher prison sentences than white people, but no attention is given to the fact that there is an even greater disparity present between men and women.

Another example is homelessness and poverty. Attention is given to the fact that blacks experience it at higher rates than whites, but no attention is given to the even greater gap between men experiencing it over women.
