a variety of drugs (LSD, shrooms, 2-CX varieties, MDMA, APB varieties, weed, alcohol (in reasonable moderation), plenty others
traveling to and exploring new places
social gatherings with lots of people you like (whether upbeat or relaxing)

The bottom lines, for me, are these.

You can't have sex all the time and sex has diminishing returns the more frequently you do it. There are plenty other cool shits to fill your time with.
Sex for the sake of sex and with no regard to the other person is a lot less enjoyable than sex with someone you like a lot and who you are mutually enjoying that sex with. I'm honestly not particularly interested in the former nor the song-and-dance required to get myself in such a position. I'd rather jerk off and spend my time doing one of the above.
