As /u/usedtimecapsule said; there is a different between sport and traditional Taekwondo. I've done 5 years of TKD and I can tell you from experience that it teaches you relevant self-defense that is far from being "worthless for any street physical altercation". A well placed and timed kick can end a fight real quickly. Don't believe me? Look at any TKD artist in UFC destroy their opponents with kicks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=si1e0rCoCVc

I really like this post because some people really just don't understand what introversion means. Some key points I saw in your post were: The company of others isn't what drains me per se, rather it's the unspoken obligations that come with the act of being part of a social group What I find draining is when I'm relaxing on the week end and then someone invites me to an event to which I don't feel inclined to go I may or may not enjoy it depending on the person, but I don't go out of my way to …

If it's at the expense of damaging a hypothetical 20-year marriage Assuming you mean getting caught by "damaging", what if it's extremely unlikely that the rational male will "damage" the marriage? Don't misunderstand me, I completely agree with this situation being different for women and men. However I refuse to believe that most men on here rational or not would refuse sex with a HB10 model if it was highly unlikely their spouse would find out. Especially with all the don't commit and abundan…

Where did he say in any of his posts did he say he did not want to procreate? How is it any different from you trying to hamster sex being worth all the shit you put up with? These "sour grapes" rebuttals are getting ridiculous now.

"Every time you experience [anxiety], you're attached to a certain outcome. Every time you feel tense you are focused on taking something...." This is the best piece of advice when it comes to any anxiety one experiences. Once I stopped wanting a situation to go a certain way I stopped feeling anxiety. I believe other's call this "outcome independence".

I simply weigh up if I can stand their company or not. This seems to be the only deciding factor when it comes to the scale. To me it seems binary, either you like her company or you don't. Sure there are some men who will take their time to put up with bad personalities/behavior from women for occasional sex, but the vast majority won't.

Young healthy men need to get laid to be happy,... That is straight up pussy worshiping. Sex is not a precursor nor does it inhibit happiness. I swear people on this sub are so contradictory at times. You and only you are responsible for your happiness, nobody else. The second you decide someone other than yourself is responsible for your happiness is the moment you will turn in a sad validation-seeking loser. How do I know this? Because I used to be that loser. With that kind of thinking your p…

In my opinion the first thing you should read is The Manipulated Man. Maybe I need to go back and read The Manipulated Man but I honestly believe No More Mr. Nice Guy hit me harder. TMM just really confirms what a lot of men know but try to deny. Anybody with a brain can see that we live in a society that is skewed towards women. It's obvious, I don't need to go down the whole list of instances in which this true. NMMNG is better, at least for me because it helped me understand that at any given…

Men love women for what they are, not what they do. Women try so hard to change or delude themselves into believing the above is not true. Men aren't attracted to women because they are educated, good personality, wealthy, and etc. That's not why men want to have sex with women. Men want to have sex with women because they are physically attracted to them. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. Any other "skills" are just icing on the cake.

What college is really about is focusing on building your interpersonal skills....Your personality and how you interact with people will be what sets you apart. Upvoted and saved. The ultimate red pill truth. It amazes me how people still genuinely believe that good grades and a degree will get them a job. The educators are the agents trying to get you to believe that. People come to TRP because they are unhappy, not because they are "beta" or "low SMV". It's all about what the individual wants and if it's happiness then go after it. I believe that if one is genuinely happy about their life whether they are "successful" or not they should continue.

This. The daily amount of sugar the American Heart Association recommends is 37.5 grams for men and 25 grams for women. Your average joe eats well over that, however I believe the main point is simply not eat high sugary foods every single day.

The first statement is what psychologist and author Jack Schafer calls an empathic statement. His book is amazing and a must read after Dale Carnegie's book. One of the easiest things I've learned when it came to attraction is simply empathy. Make them feel like you care about them, or make them feel good about themselves.

I would say that the approachability scale goes like this from most to least approachable: Black women Are you for real? Maybe I've been reading posts on here wrong but there seems to be a consensus around here that black women are more "aggressive" or less "feminine", therefore harder to approach.

This post mirrors my situation so much. I think a lot of men on here seriously undermine or underrate how helpful lifting can be in regards to not only their SMV but social life in general. People respect you more and you get more opportunities. When I started working out the IOI's started increasing to the point where I felt like they were insincere or just normal behavior. When I first started there had been so many times where an IOI goes over my head because I don't expect women to hit on me…

Good post OP, however I disagree with being able to fully control your emotions. The stoics touch up nicely on this topic. One of their main teachings was simply paying attention to what you can control rather then what you cannot control. We cannot control our emotions, however we can control our actions. Our actions is what defines us as human beings. Nobody can read our minds, only see our actions.

doesn't excuse reprehensible behavior in the moral/social model of not harming others...women should put out for men in order not to die, aka 'entitlement'. I'm not excusing his behavior nor do I believe men are entitled to sex no more than they are to food, water, or sleep. I'm just pointing out how the lack of sex has adverse effects on men which society tries so hard to deny or cover up.

depression and sexual crimes are correlated to level of sexual desperation in men. This is the truth that society doesn't want to hear or talk about. If you look at any man who has chronic depression, committed suicide, or kills others has either had sexual or social failure. Even though Elliot Rodgers has become somewhat a meme, I do think it's relevant to point out that if he was sexually successful I highly doubt he would have done what he did. This isn't rocket science. Sex is need for men. …

This is an interesting concept when it comes to the Alpha/Beta paradigm. No matter how civilized we "act" it all comes down to our biological instinct and nature. Men need sex, and I believe that if the bottom 80% of men were denied sex they wouldn't do anything to improve or make society better. They would just be hedonists. It's in society's best interest to make the bottom 80% of men believe they at least have a "chance" at getting sex.

I agree. I learn best when I read and study things myself. Some people simply may need a personal trainer, I'm not denying that. But to say it's something one needs to do if they are unsatisfied with their results or lack motivation is a different thing.

Everything to know about lifting can be found online for free. Personal trainers helps people who need to be taught face to face. All they do is reinforce what you learn for free and walk you through it. Unless you have a serious injury, complication, or you need to do some intense Hollywood 3 month body composition makeover, you do not need a personal trainer.

This was heart wrenching to read and frankly it's just really sad. It makes me realize how much women in society has changed. Turn the clock back decades ago and women doing this was unheard of. An action of a heretic, blasphemous. But now it's so normal to the point where its accepted in society.

What I appreciate the most about this place is not the success with women it offers, but more so the decrease in disappointment, sadness, anger, and indignation towards women. That flatmate who knocked on the door; that should have been me if I never found TRP. It all depends on how you as a man want to handle things. I choose to use ambiguity instead of ghosting whether it be covert or overt. Ghosting for me personally, feels like a break in my frame. I'm not always going to have the ability to walk away or ghost women I don't like or who friend zone me which is why I don't practice it often. I've got to learn to deal with people I don't like.

Great FR OP. I am in the same situation you are with a woman that I had orbited for a year. Ever since I've decided to do other things with my time she has constantly been "checking up" on me and asking to do things with me. Instead of ghosting her I keep fucking with her telling her yeah I'll be right there and not going or replying "I'm busy". The only way you will be respected as a sexual male is when you set boundaries and adhere to them.

against the man wishes You are just proving my point. It's up for the man to decide whether or not he wants to participate in the woman's power play. If a man feel like he's being taken advantage of he can refuse a "(friendzone at any time.

moved from a "how" community to a "why" community , which was a big step forward...mastery comes when a person knows not only how something works, but why it works in addition to being able to improve upon both. This right here. Generic PUA advice works for most normal men. Most normal men can care less about "why" something works. They just notice it works and continue to do it without ever giving thought to it. This is why TRP is significantly different from any manospehere or PUA community. I…

I don't help others unless they ask for help. However If you do want to introduce them to TRP you have to get them to read the book "No More Mr. Nice Guy" first. That book is a very important precursor to anything dealing with women, relationships, and life in general. If you can't get your friend to read it or he rejects it all hope is lost.

It's not about "willpower" it's about discipline. Where I live there is junk food everywhere for me to eat, yet I decide to only eat junk food on the weekends with occasional exceptions during the week. Just the other day I picked up a bag of Trolli Sour Brite Blasts(complete sugar and shit)and put it right back as soon as I remembered how bad I felt after eating it especially after working out.

This is the brutal truth of this world. It's sad for me to say that all the women who had hobbies or weren't vapid were 7's and below. It's saddening really, but honestly it's what you make of it. As others have said on this sub, a man's SMV has to be above the woman's for a relationship to work.

People still don't get this; martial arts is for protecting your LIFE. Not your respect, not your status, and certainly not your ego. You really think people will respect you after you "fuck them up"? You are sadly mistaken, respect is something earned, not coerced, that only leads to compliance. Hatred usually never leads to something good. In any case it would be silly to hate women for what they do, it's in their nature. There's a old snake parable that goes well with this: A snake was hit by a car. A woman picks him up, feeds him, and gets him to a full state of health. But then he bites her, injecting her with his deadly poison. On her death bed, she asked "after all I did why me?" The snake responds "you knew I was a snake when you picked me up." All Men Are Like That (AMALT) confirmed. /s You need to stop looking at it from a black and white perspective. Yes in most cases when I guy just starts a conversation with a woman it's to get in her pants, however it's never always. I believe the main point here is to make sure men confirm or clarify that they want to get in a woman's pants, rather than beat around the bush.

Awesome post. One of the very things I've read from the stoic book mentioned above is dealing with insults. It is a lot simpler if we just stop and think about why we do what we do. Now hold up. Strength without size is a legitimate concern, especially for martial artists. Mobility and quick striking is way more essential. I'm sure we all know the famous example of Bruce Lee in reference to his workouts. He wanted pure strength. His workouts were making him too big so he changed it up for pure strength, lost some mass and became the leanest yet strongest man ever.

Firstly, night shifts no matter how much you sleep will always carry some health risks. It messes with your circadian rhythms. Find some other time to do boxing, nothing is ever worth more than your physical and mental well being. Get 8 hours of sleep.

Don't forget sleep. If you don't get more than 6 hours of sleep you might as well not go to the weight room at all because your lifts are going to suffer massively. I remember getting that golden 8-10 hours of sleep and when I went to the gym I felt like superman tearing through my lifts and progressing in some. But oh when I got 6 or less hours........You already know what happened, I renember being able to do 1 rep of a previous weight I did 5 with. It was that bad.

It's coming. The idea is already prevalent -- women want to be able to have sex with whoever they want, while still retaining the commitment of a particular man. And they want this to be okay. Even normal. /u/Archwinger - http://archive.is/o1u0N Men on here have already figured this out ages ago.

Holy crap this post was extremely insightful, definitely sidebar material with all the truth in it. I never forget the quote below: The essence of a feminine woman is her willingness to be submissive to men; to treat men with a basic standard of dignity and respect as men However what really interests me is the last phrase: a feminine woman is just being herself. Is this a mirror to "Nice Guys"? Having women been acting like "Bad Girls"?

Your situation mirrors mine almost exactly. Fat as fuck 5'11, 205 all the way until my freshmen year in college where I said fuck it, I've had enough. Keto + IF + Stronglifts 5x5 = Massive weight loss and muscle gain. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that if you don't respect yourself, people wont respect you. This also applies to your body. Once I started caring for my body people started treating me a lot better, women didn't think I was invisible anymore, I got more looks/compliment…

This may be interpreted as an ego stroke or validation seeking but to me it's just a simple recognition of change. A lot of times if we don't believe we have changed, our brains will project that image of ourselves still not improving and it can hinder self-esteem. When I am around people for long periods of time I start to get agitated, anxious, and irritable until I can find some time for myself. It has nothing to do with me being "out of my comfort zone" or being "scared" and making excuses. I need to "recharge", when I socialize I expend energy, when I'm alone I get it back.

Men have been led to believe that once you enter an LTR or marriage, you gain access to an unlimited supply of sex with your partner for the rest of your life. Here's where a lot of men shoot themselves in the foot when they marry or shack up. Nothing has changed. She is still a woman and will refuse sex to you if she wanted to. Sex is earned through attraction, never is it given.

The key here is to make sure you never show any signs of weakness or discomfort from his comments. Don't let him sway or move you in any way. Men who say this have either never been friendzoned, or it lasted for a very short period of time. I've been friend zoned plenty of times pre-trp. Nope. Women don't cheat because of a lack of attraction or dread. As I've said in previous posts, I'm a firm believer that under the right/certain circumstances every girl will cheat no matter how "alpha" or high value you are. It's in a woman's nature. They are nomadic opportunistic lovers. There is only two reasons why a woman wouldn't cheat. No other higher value man Doesn't want to get caught.

In your first paragraph you are just explaining the traits of a leader which women do in fact want. I don't know what kind of women you observe but I do know that if a woman was raised right by an "alpha" red pill father, she would not put up with a man who finds her emotional state amusing or irrelevant. That's demeaning, no self-respecting women would get turned on by that.

I didn't say women want to be treated equally. I said women do not like....no wait hold on, they despise men who are suck ups to them. Yes, we all know women want a man who can dominate and lead them. However to assert that one must treat women like a "child" in order to have her respect is up for debate. Maybe you need to clarify what you mean by treating them like a "child".

Ok. There is a clear difference between "treating others as you want to be treated", and acting obsequiously/sycophantic. Nobody likes a suck up, therefore any man who "puts a woman on a pedestal" should understand it's their own damn fault they are being treated badly. There was a similar thread on this here: http://archive.is/xQTir However I'd like to point out that anything below 12% or 11% body fat is just not worth it. Seriously, go on the fitness sub and look at all the people who try to maintain it. It requires massive caloric restriction and cardio to the point where you will feel like shit, rather than feel better.

Wow, this sub is on a role with these high quality posts lately. Such small, yet simple advice that can get a man far in the game. I'd also like to point out that this is one of the reasons why one should not socialize and give out their info with their female co-workers. You are just giving them ammunition to shoot at you later.

That's only if the female friend is attracted to or respects the male. So the "friendship" is based upon whether or not the male is attractive her.

Enough said here. There really is no reason to have a female "friend". Male friendships are infinitely better.

I've had situations where I have been terrified to talk to a pretty girl with a resting bitch face and grew the balls to do it, only to find the girl is bumbling and tripping over her words because she is so flustered by the fact I spoke to her. I believe this is something most guys fail to realize. Men don't approach women a lot. I'm not sure of if 80/20 rule applies here but if it be my guess I'd say about only 5 guys would cold approach out of 100. In other words it's rare. Women whether they…

I recently joined kickboxing gym. Things looked like it will get rosy for me. Great start, doing better than most men who find TRP and don't implement it. I'm going to have to disagree with the way you are looking at this and quite frankly it comes across as a beta feeling indignation. Like someone who still believes that simply because a guy who is attractive, socially apt, and wealthy gives a woman commitment, she should give him sex. It doesn't work that way. It is one's own pejorative to decide who they have a relationship with and they don't owe you an explanation nor are they a "bitch" or "shallow" for rejecting someone "for no good reason(s…

Mimicry is blindly following advice someone has told you. Internalization is understanding why that someone told you to do that, how and when it works and how you can replicate it according to your personality. Perfect. I think you explained it better than I did. Reading and just memorizing a booklet will not help you. Spitting out random sentences is what a lot of men who read PUA and don't internalize do. It eventually fails and they get frustrated. Practice makes perfect.

Marriage only ends in two ways; death or divorce. There really is only two options. However I do think the better question now is whether or not you think it's better to have men in power as oppose to women in power in regards to relationships. No matter what laws we create relationships are never going be "equal" for both parties. One person always has the power in a relationship.
/r/TheRedPill02/12/16 10:31 PM

Whether or not those marriages are "happy" is irrelevant. I'd rather be in a "unfulfilling marriage" where I could fuck my mistress(which was common back then) than to be divorced raped.

You are correct. The real question really is how one can use X as part of my sexual strategy. However it seems a lot of men here claim that if one "really" or "truly" understands theredpill, they would not go for a LTR or marriage unless they don't understand it fully. I've got a question for you Archwinger. Is it impossible for a man to have a LONG TERM(notice how I replaced permanent. I don't know why many men on here make this so complicated. Just do things you want to do or enjoy. It's really not that hard. Instead of sitting home dreaming or wondering about what you can or should do, how about you don it. Once you start doing this naturally you will increase your social circle as people who have the same hobby as you will likely befriend you, and what do you know, one weekend night you'll get like 10 invites to a party by all different friends.

Ever since I've swallowed the red pill I feel more relived, more so than happy. I'm relived I now know the truth however at the same time once I start to see the world for what it really is the more cynical, narcissistic, and taciturn I become. Despite these feelings I can genuinely say I'm living a happier life. This right here. I really believe that NMMNG is a primer to the red pill or a must read. It's like a preparation to make swallowing the pill easier as the red pill kinda builds off of it. when interacting with attractive females, men often experience symptoms similar to that of cognitive impairment. This is because women force you to communicate in a logical medium while unknowingly requiring that you simultaneously slip in emotional undertones and signaling with body language Once thing that has helped me immensely when it comes to "communicating" with women is to NEVER talk to them as you would talk to a man. No exceptions. Remember it's feelz before realz for them.

Precisely. Never take what a woman says literally. Talking to a woman like a man will get you no where. Every time a woman explains a feeling to me I just add a "right now" at the end. Every time a woman explains a boundary or condition I just add a "with you" at the end. Example: "I hate you - right now" "I'm not ready for a relationship - with you" Way easier to understand now.

Fat loss plateau's are generally from a miscalculation in TDEE. As long as you stay on a caloric deficit you WILL lose weight, period. When I started to plateau I didn't panic. All I did was revaluate my TDEE and resumed a deficit. It was that simple. However there are some factors that can make it a bit harder to lose weight such as lack of sleep, lack of water, and simply stress.

Anywhere from 5-10lb loss per week. Of water weight? Sure. Of fat? Bullshit. If you want to lose 7 pounds of actual fat in a week you need to go on a 3,500 caloric deficit everyday. A lot of people who follow diets like this just gain weight right back. Teaching yourself to eat less is only half of maintaining a healthy weight. You've got to be one of the smartest men on TRP. The only power women have over men is sex. Once sex becomes easier to get, women will start to panic. It's like the pygmalion effect. Working out is for improving the operation of your musculoskeletal system. It is not for losing weight. What? Working out if you are not playing around burns a significant amount of calories, especially with heavy lifting. This isn't anything new. It's kind of well known how people like to hide around churches and the title of "religious" to portray a character of good nature. Men who are MGTOW can improve just as much as men who are TRP. I really do love how you imply MGTOW men are just inner losers deluding themselves because you and I both know that is not true. If MGTOW's want to improve their life without commitment to women that's their prerogative , get off their dick and go satirize them somewhere else.

Stop hamstering. Stop looking for labels to identify with and save your ego. Improve yourself or go away. This is getting kind of old. Men will hamster and try to save their ego with labels regardless if they are MGTOW, TRP, or whatever. Like I've said before. Both TRP and MGTOW strive for self-actualization. They just have different ways of doing it. One is not inherently "better" than the other.

The lie is easy to believe because it's convenient for men. One of the greatest lies is that women are the real romantics. Even though this a satirical video, I believe it is relevant to the post: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbeEuYAZFL4 This all comes down to the AF/BB or more specifically the two different roles of a lover and a provider. Men put themselves in the "friendzone". If she's not interested move on. If a woman is not interested in a man and he still purses her the man is perpetuating the "friendzone".

Sleep 8 hours a day, no matter what. This is what I'm struggling with right now as I post this. Sleep is and will always be a problem for me. Both my dad and my brother have sleep apnea. I'm hit with insomnia and paranoia when I attempt to sleep. Sleep is definitely essential to weight loss because I noticed once I stopped eating all that sugary shit before the evening I was able to sleep a whole lot better.

The decision has been made for you by the marketplace. You saying that you're opting out of the dating game is a lot like a paraplegic saying they're opting out of marathons--it doesn't count What do you mean by "it doesn't count"? Nearly every man can raise their SMV and become successful with women. The "fake MGTOW's" are simply men who don't want to make the effort. You can't compare a paraplegic to a man who does not take steps to become successful with women. A paraplegic really has absolut…

A lot of men on here seem to misunderstand the phrase "sexual strategy is amoral." That doesn't mean your actions doesn't have moral implications. Everything you do has moral implications. What it means is when we look at sexual strategy we are not considering the moral implications.

It's funny how many users here are misinformed on nutrition, especially when it comes to weight loss. Look. It's not about what you eat, it's about how much you eat. If you burn more calories than you take it you will lose weight. Period. No if's and's or but's. It's not about how many carbs or sugars you take in as long as you are in a caloric deficit. Why is that so hard for some users to understand? Now obviously the type of calories you take in matters too. However it's no where near as sign…

Two whole years to unplug? Yikes, that's slow and painful. One book that helped me a lot when it came unplugging was William B. Irvine's "A Guide to the Good Life: The Ancient Art of Stoic Joy". Assertiveness and sarcasm don't mix well together. I see sarcasm as passive-aggressive behavior, however others may not. Regardless, I'm more than sure if a woman cuts you in line it's not because she didn't notice the line. She knows full well there is a line and that stepped in front you. Saying perhaps she didn't notice the line is redundant.

Simple posts like these have so much value to them it's amazing. This is the same situation that made me closer to the red pill. "If you be friends with her first and court her she will surely like you and become your girlfriend!" Horse. Shit. Friendzoning is blue pill. Make your intentions known. This is information you can only get on red pill. Extremely informative post for those who want to find a good ltr. However don't forget that spotting introverts can be a bit challenging like you said because they do prefer to be at "home" and not get out. Once you understand some of the characteristics of an introvert it will become easier to spot them as some introverts actually "force" themselves to be social.

Most of your points are very insightful, however I still think you need to make it very clear that when it comes to weight loss, the only thing that matters is how many calories you take in and burn. Abstaining from eating sugar, wheat, pasta, and etc isn't something you need to do to lose weight. You can abstain all you want from that and go on low carb diet and still gain weight if you are not on a caloric deficit.

Men getting sex without needing to commit is a woman's worst fear. This is probably why prostitution is not legal everywhere. Not because of the ethics/morals, health issues, or legal issues. It's just them wanting to cling onto their power of using sex.

Met a girl in college that I genuinely found interesting and focused/driven. Don't and didn't care to pursue her "romantically" (lol), just wanted to surround myself with someone with traits I'd like to adopt. You can find way more men who are interesting and focused. I'd theorize that oneitis was a strategy that men used in order to increase their chances of mating ATLEAST once. Quite similar to how a lion hunts when it sees a herd of gazelle. There is no comeback handbook if that's what you are looking for. As others have said, as long as you remain indifferent to him and his words you will be ok. You don't have to stress or over think this, just keep it simple. From the phrase "the stupid idiot is joking about himself...", what would you do if a kid said that too you? The best way to deal with insults is to simply reply with self-depreciating humor. Think of them as children. If a child insults you behind your back would you get mad? No? You'd simply realize he or she simply didn't understand you well enough and you would disregard it.

"Mate guarding" is just another male rationalization. Do NOT worry about things you have no control over, it's completely pointless. Which is what betas fail to realize, if you miss that's it. 2) Three days later you hear nothing from her. That's a miss, any further action is pointless. If she wanted you she would of contacted you. It's the same with 3). Don't waste your time thinking and hamstering about oh she was probably busy or oh her phone may be dead. No.…

Exactly. Height means nothing and you should never look at it as a disadvantage. In the U.S. only 14% of men are 6" or higher. That means out of 100 men only 14 of them would be 6 or taller. So 86 men are shorter than that. I always chuckle when I see women on dating sites saying "I only date men who are 6" or higher".

Please cut the bullshit. I'm not going to explain why most men know the risks of marriage yet they still get married. It's pointless and I believe you understand they do. I'm not going to get into this dumb fallacy of "If you understood it, you wouldn't do it". Nothing here is objective. Also your little analogy is completely different from what I posted. Men get married because they WANT to, not because they want to know what it "feels like"(albeit a few may do that) or because they are hamster…

Whipser the real big elephant in the room is how I see men on here tell other's they are idiots or stupid for getting in marriage. The tone of some posts that are anti-marriage seem to imply the poster thinks he's better or higher than a man who is married. That's insulting. Men are FULLY aware of the risks they take when they sign for marriage, you don't have to repeatedly protest the downsides of it. But if they want to get married then that's their choice and it doesn't make them more or less…

Women think they are owed relationships. Girl, just because you put sex tokens in, doesn't mean you get a relationship out. You might want to put the inverse for clueless "nice guys" out there. Men think they are owed sex. Boy, just because you put commitment tokens in, doesn't mean you get sex out.

Man, I can't believe there are men out there who are just like pre-TRP. Look OP, if you are searching for some magic pill to somehow make oneitis disappear you are not going to find it. It's going to stay with you for awhile, however there are ways to make it fade away faster such as talking with other women. Find some hobbies other than gaming, go workout, fix your diet, and improve and you should start feeling better.

I'm glad to see that video is getting disliked to oblivion. What's even better is the comments as it shows men are waking up. Don't look at man to save marriage. They weren't the ones who destroyed it. Man up, disposable man! If you are a loser just get married. Marriage is like a grenade. You pull the ring and your house is gone. sorry not marrying a whore, whores are all that's left in women, it's all they are worth now.

The PPD itself is a fallacy. It implies that there is something to debate about or "challenge my view". There isn't. As I've said before. TRP is being politically incorrect and TBP is being politically correct. You can't debate over our biology. It's going to stay the same regardless.

Ketogenic Diet + Intermittent Fasting = Rapid Fat Loss. Keto: Eat under 20g of carbs a day. Eat foods high in fat and protein. Intermittent Fasting: Skip breakfeast and only eat between 12:00 and 8:00. OR eat only one meal a day. It's not going to be easy at first so I advise you to gradually step off the carbs until you can get below 20g. Yes when you first start out doing keto you will feel like shit but you will soon feel better.

Why has there been so many low quality posts lately? Struggle, competition, and the drive to do better and improve is what makes us men. No man is going to have a happy life without sex. That's just no possible. Sex is at the bottom of Maslow's Hierarchy of needs. The very minimal of human needs.

Here is something to remember: every relationship ends. Every...single...one. Whether by death or otherwise, every single relationship has a point where it dies. This is life--accept it. Impermanence learn it and accept it men. Buddhism covers it nicely. Every morning I drink from my favorite teacup. "Do. Or do not. There is no try.” - Yoda. There is no such thing as a natural alpha. It is a behavior that is learned, whether it be at a young or old age. Experience is the best teacher. Implementing "alpha behavior" is not beta, it's called practice.

I've noticed that a lot of women don't take it well when men don't give them attention. Blue Pill media is everywhere and it's kind of repetitive to the point where it becomes predictable in a lot of movies, books, and shows. Lie detection is something totally different. I'm talking about reading micro expressions to find out how someone is reacting or feeling. You don't need to scrutinize it in slow motion to see them. You see them all the time you are just not paying attention to them.

You are correct. People still desire to have relationships with strings attached. Both men and women. However I believe that prostitution would be at a woman's disadvantage in some way because sex has become a commodity. It's no longer something men have to train for or earn. Just pay for it. This is probably going to make "thirsty men" a thing of the past, therefore less attention and resources from men.

They still think the way the cavewoman thought thousands of years ago. Only today they are better at hiding it. However one question still bugs me. If it is true by natural selection that "alpha's" produced more offspring while the "beta's" produced little to none, then why do we still have a lot of "beta's" around? How did my an…

Women will be petty, hamster, and etc regardless. There doesn't have to be a sexual context or dynamic present. They don't have to be interested in you in that way. It's in their nature. Did you miss the recent post on here about how shit testing is something women are born with? http://archive.is/zSQj1 In the top comment one of the users explains how his 4 year old daughter was testing a 19 year old boy by dropping her toy and seeing if he would pick it up. Yes I can get the same quality out of…

The root of the problem you fail to mention is that male friendships are infinitely better than female friendships. Less petty, less hamstring, less shit tests, and etc you kind of get the point. Therefore to have a friendship with a woman would be illogical UNLESS you are able to get things out of the friendship that you cannot get from a male friendship, hence sex. But if you feel like you are getting a good deal out of the female friendship like you explained above (food, support, and invitat…

Having a good relationship with your mom doesn't necessarily mean you will lose the game. Only when you try to take that relationship with your mother and carry it over to women will you start to lose the game. Hence the affection vs attraction dynamic. Did I have a very good relationship with my mother? Yes. Did she train me to be blue pill? Yes. But once I realized the difference between what I perceive as love from my mother and other women it became a lot more clearer and easier for me.

Even if it was true that TRP relationships are not "healthy", it's way the hell better than all the sad "marriages"(honestly it doesn't seem like marriages at times) you see with men who exercise BP behaviors. The author of "No More Mr. Nice Guy Book" touches on this as he explains men come to him in a depressed state believing they are doing everything right for their wives.

I gave her an ultimatum because I wanted to be clear about my intentions. Like I said in the post. I knew she wasn't interested, I just denied it and tried to rationalize my way out of it in an attempt to obfuscate reality. I also forgot to mention that after learning TRP over the course of the "friendship" I was able to abolish the feeling of oneitis.

It's only hard if you desire to change the views of others around you. Once you drop that desire and become aloof it becomes natural to think different things but behave like others. If people in your social circle have stupid social codes then you shouldn't be interacting with them. Find other people. I remember when I first started reading TRP, I tried to explain the female nature to a woman and I never did it again.

Don't use TRP to justify blue pill behavior. I think this should be the main point of this post because a lot of times I find myself using TRP or simply the understanding of female nature to try and justify or rationalize my blue behavior or lack of ambition. This generally leads men to feel pessimistic about relations with women.

Some men simply don't understand or have a hard time understanding how to create their own masculine self development plan. So it's clear why you would get questions like: "How do I get this girl to like me" or "How do I get this girl to sleep with me." As redpillschool explained in his thread about trolls; TRP is just a toolbox. What you do and how you use it is wholly dependent upon you. When I first came on TRP, after reading the side bar I honestly still was stuck with the same question: "So…

Beautifully explained. We are not all reformed beta's. No one is born into being a beta, it's a learned behavior just as much as someone being an Alpha. OP the only reason TRP exists is simply because of how horribly men have been teared down and scolded for their masculinity and sexual nature. Men are only unhappy in relationships and marriage because they expect things from women that just aren't going to happen. I believe most of the unhappiness comes from indignation as follows: "If I the ma…

Any man that cuffs a bitch because she shows him affection either has low self esteem or has been conditioned to do so. I disagree. No man's wants a woman around him who is disrespectful or quarrelsome whether they have low self esteem or not. Like you said, if she wants love then we need to train them to be lovable and if she is not showing affection towards you how can she possibly be lovable?

Even though we are told that men are polygamous, isn't it more pragmatic to keep and stay with woman as oppose to constantly trying to obtain other women? It gives me a almost guaranteed dose of oxytocin and other chemical responses in the brain when commit to one. However if you catch and release women you may never get to have sex again.

I'm sure most of the men on here know by now that AWALT is just a simple fact of life. We are humans who follow a simple script of behavior, nothing more. It's the same with women, AWALT doesn't mean all women will do X, it means all women think about X.

Stop thinking that females will love you like your mother. Big one right here. I think OP should add it in his post because I believe this is the most crucial point to understand when it comes to relationships with women. That nearly unconditional love your mom gives you no matter how attractive you are, how much money you make, or how high your social status is will never be present in other women. They are completely different. As I've said before, it's either you give them the tingles or you …

This is a very nice post because before I read TRP and "No More Mr Nice Guy" I could never say No to a woman and I would always do things for them to make them happy so they would like me. Hence, I was a validation seeker. Exactly. You agree that if a woman LJBF's you it's in your best interest to next her. Attraction is not negotiable. Also If I remember correctly it was claimed that women decided whether or not they are going to have sex with a guy within the first few minutes of meeting them. She's either attracted to you or she's not. If she's not attracted to you, move on. There is no point in wasting anymore time with her.

Being orbiter at least gives BP men the chance to see the nature of women for themselves and experience it as oppose to not having a "companionship" with them at all. a lot of the anger that guys have towards women is a result of feeling powerless or weak in their relationships with women. I had forgotten to mention my Dad's teachings when it came to women because I do think it's a bit relevant as he did give me some advice every now and then. I think this nice guy vs bad guy belief is just our attempt to oversimplify human traits. Honestly I think it's either you are an "asshole" or you are not because a lot of people tend to associate the label "nice guy" with traits that are attributed to the common man. Remember the 80/20 rule? It greatly applies. Most men are usually respectful towards women, do favors for them, and practice chivalry. The fact that women will never love me for just being me, but only what I can do or give them. But honestly I feel it's improved my way of thought and made me realize I can't expect women to love a loser in life with no hobbies, bad health, no confidence, and no friends.

Even though I agree that physical and emotional attraction are strongly correlated with each other I don't think it's impossible to respect someone and not be attracted to them. However for the most part if a female doesn't find you attraction she most likely doesn't respect you, so having sex with a female ally is probably your best bet. I think the more accurate phrase is that: "Men and women cannot be friends, however they can be allies." The only instance in which you should associate with them in a friendly manner is if you both have a common goal. Such as co-worker, classmates, and so on. Other then that there really is not point in having females around as the "friendship" is going to be one-sided if the male wants to have sex with the female. What's even more delusional is the response to that comment. I profoundly agree we should behave in a civil manner. But I don't believe men should inherently refuse to respect women, nor should women inherently "look up" to men. Why does somebody have to be smart or intelligent in order for you to respect them? I think you missed what I said, respect is just the simple admiration of something. Men and woman have flaws alike and I choose to respect them based on their achievements, qualities, or abilities. How is this "upside down thinking"? I don't give people respect by default nor do I discriminate on who I give respect too. You earn it from me.
/r/TheRedPill02/11/15 07:01 PM

I think you went to far with this. Respect does not mean you thinking someone is wise. It means to simply "admire" a person for their achievements, qualities, or abilities which can in fact be wisdom but is not exclusive too.

The sheer power of preselection is astonishing to me. I never knew how powerful it was until I experienced it myself. It also doesn't even have to be "many" girls, it can be just one. I don't know how my friend found out but the next time we met she said she heard me talking to other girls. Powerful.
