1) Living together means that a man doesn't have to pursue his girlfriend any longer.

Think about it ladies. Not only are you cooking, cleaning, providing free access to sex, but all of this for your boyfriend? Where’s the mystery here, the incentive. The dating pursuit, is what creates passion. So many relationships lose their “passion” because the pursuit stopped when moving in together before marriage. And if something is too easily acquired, it just doesn't hold the same value as something that is more challenging to get.

This is where you’ll see many men start thinking about another women, because that need for pursuit is engrained. When you wait to move in when you are married, the pursuit will be “victorious” in your man’s eyes vs a marriage that he had to do to please you. (I.e. you gave him an ultimatum)

2) Living together removes much of a man's motivation to make the formal commitment of marriage within a reasonable time

One year, two year, three year... and all of your thoughts go to .... where is your ring? Ladies ...Don’t be that woman.

There needs to be education on sexual market value, seriously we need to start a class on this. Plain and simple, do not let a man take your prime eligible years away. The most important age for a woman to meet and marry a good husband is 22-32.

“Don't give a guy your most eligible years with nothing to show for it. This is bullshit. If you ultimately want to get married and your current relationship isn't constantly growing stronger (i.e. approaching something permanent), then you need to start asking questions. And if you aren't getting satisfactory answers, it is time to look elsewhere. The clock is ticking.”

3) Your time is Your responsibility

During your most eligible years, you are better off being back on the market than tied up in a dead-end relationship.
