I rarely ever see women praising muscles on the internet, more so dad bods or men who look like bears.

I really do understand that lifting can give one confidence and one self-control. Being able to control and shape one's body over a lot of hard work and dedication would surely give a nice confidence boost.

My issue is that a low body fat percentage would be a hard thing to upkeep over a life time, and if it did trim all the baby fat off of my face, if my body fat ever went back up, the effects would be lost.

Also would most likely be a boring partner. Sure could have a cheat day once in awhile, but would a woman really want to be with someone who can't go out to eat on Saturday's because of his diet, can't go and get ice cream because it's too "Fattening".

Lifting is the most given advice I've ever seen for men, I just would like to hear if the benefits are true, and if it is something that is truly sustainable.
