This might not be the crowd of people to say this to bc my vibe is that most be or irreligious or areligious.
But reading proverbs 31 and seeing a godly example of a women there is the type of girl I would fall for and see creating a family for. The only problem is that the modern women is so far from that, that’s it’s better not to have hope rather than think it’s possible.
I think where we all went wrong is that we worshipped the creature rather than the creator and put the world instead of God ahead in our hearts. I think through counsel, prayer our discernment would have been sharper, but that’s the price we pay sometimes. That’s why it’s hard not to think about it and be filled with anger, bc we invested ourselves in our decisions for the girls we chose.
I’m young, and unfortunately the later generations of my family who are alive are past that era when we didn’t have feminist propaganda. I never got to see an example of a man who had a true helpmeet like the Bible talks about.
I’m not alone in this, but there are guys like me who think we grew up in the wrong point in time. I would have gladly loved to live sacrificially for a girl, provided that I wasn’t in danger of having a lightswitch flip in her mind about how she thought about me when another, perceivably, better guy gave her attention or that this age of emotionalism made her actions and impulses feel justified bc it “feels” good and right.
Let’s face. They won. They effectively ruined tangible consequences with their insistence on abortion being legal, and they are taking away peoples ability to feel shame and legalize drugs to quiet the conscience that tells them maybe what they are doing might not be right. Without societal approval to make foolish decisions, who would ever turn to the alternative except out of necessity? Like the threat of not being able to take care of your little ones, or not having a roof over your head, or not having anything to eat.

Judges 16:1. One day Samson went to Gaza, where he saw a prostitute. He went in to spend the night with her.
