Good to see attention given to equality in Forbes. And of course the feminists are raging about "just erase women" and "let's make it harder for women to access education, employment or the community at large all in the name of fairness -then presto - the world is returned to men while the women stay at home, raising babies and making dinner" proving it isn't about equality for them. As if not having unfair access to sexist scholarships means they are sent back into the kitchen...

Women in the United States have earned more bachelor’s degrees than men every year since the mid-1980s. Last fall, women made up 59.2% of all those enrolled in a college or university, and men made up only 40.8%.

More women graduating every year since the mid-1980s... so 40 odd years and counting. Doesn't sound like there's any haste to tackle those 410 and 21 other Title IX complaints the two men mentioned in the article lodged.

It's interesting how all these things are illegal under title IX, but are so common that one guy has filed over 400 complaints, so common that those scholarships and awards are just normal and that most likely aren't going anywhere.

There are very few of us out here doing this, and Kursat is making some real progress. Well done dude, scholarships are a hard one to tackle. Takes a lot of research and time to argue this type of case successfully. I even find the prospect of this kind of case daunting.

Kursat and Mark Perry were the two people who inspired my activism when I came face-to-face with the biased leviathan that is school Title IX offices and OCR. Keep up the good fight.

Headline is a bit misleading because nothing has to be 'eliminated' vs, as the article says, simply offering the same award to a male applicant as well.
