I've been happily divorced for 4 years now.

My ex met a guy last year and right away as per her Facebook update she "knew he was the one" (I don't have Facebook my sister told me).

A couple of months go by, she lawyers up and sends me threatening letters. She wanted to match our parenting schedule (we share 50%) to her boyfriends because "it's in the best interest of our kid".

I told her to go suck a dick which I guess she did because the letters from her lawyer stopped. I'm assuming her lawyer told her she didn't stand a chance.

Fast forward to today. I'm tired of her not pulling her weight (unemployed) so I've started the process of imputing income.

Apparently we have to go to mediation first. She sent me an email saying that her boyfriend will be there to "meet me".

I know she's pretty stupid so I don't know if I should laugh or shake my head.

As per the boyfriend being in mediation, is that even allowed?
