I wasn't sure if it was a good idea (as in, that anyone would find it useful/helpful) but I've been working on a youtube playlist that is focused on celebrating men and sharing the positive/funny things they do and I was going to share it here later on when I have added enough videos, so if you are ever feeling put down by all the hate you can go watch some positive videos about men! Can we share links here?

This shit has been going on for quite a while now. Many, many years.. Don't worry about it though. This will eventually crash and burn. We're already seeing the dating pool drying up so women are extremely annoyed, bitter, angry which often turns to violence. Lashing out with fascinating statements like "kill all men" etc.. Either women will, at some point, take a knee and think of ways to remedy the situation, as they're the only ones who can, or we'll just continue to ride this wave until it crashes.

I argued on a female subreddit about her claiming I was wrong because I was downvoted so much

When I was a kid, I told her that a teacher asked the class what do you see in the cup? everyone except me responded with a half-full cup, but my response was a half-empty cup. The majority of the class said I was wrong but the teacher intervenes and said something along the lines of our POV/perspective of life allows us to see/describe things differently but that doesn't mean any opinion given is wrong or not true. People can see the same object and see something the other didn't.

Ultimately I was still labeled as wrong by her and was told my opinion and myself are nothing. Basically you are not alone some1 out there will see or feel what you feel even if the majority of who you are talking to doesn't.

What is easier to see though is that we are being attacked for defending men in any case that comes up.

We were attacked when we defended Johnny Depp.

We were attacked for defending locker room talk caught on the microphone.

We were attacked when we parried demands for more women's rights with a demand for more men's rights.

We were slandered, we were bullied and we were banned from subs and websites.

And while I would not describe myself as a misogynist, I often wonder if I am being a fool.

I just got banned from a sub today. And the moderator did not even try to explain. And I have had my voice stolen by many female moderators in the past and my hate for them is certainly spilling over. Not really sure how to get them gone without just suppressing ALL women, cause those mods operate under complete anonymity and I cannot even report their abuse. And I think some guys in the distant past had the same dilemma and acted on it and that is why women have been traditionally suppressed in many areas of life. This small-minded, sneaky, knee-jerk, brow-beating crap in groups really seems to be a mainly female thing even if some men are also guilty.

Frankly, female chimpanzees also behave similarly and they are sometimes right to do it, but just as often, not. You might expect better from humans, but then disappointment will get you.

Much of modern society seems to have been brainwashed into believing that masculinity is a bad thing. Or that it is something that has to be apologized for. And many men have been brainwashed or gaslighted into thinking their own masculinity is something that has to be...hidden, apologized for, rationalized, whatever. And this is even though all the objective evidence demonstrates that maleness and masculinity is an essential part of the universe.

Masculinity is something essential in the universe, like the process of photosynthesis or the water molecule. It exists, it is part of the universe. Maleness is part of all vertebrates, all mammals. So having to account for it or having to justifying its existence is like trying to give an ethical rationale or apology for the existence of wood. Wood just exists. It's presence in the world doesn't need to be justified. And there is nothing inherently bad about wood. What DOES demand justification is assuming wood, water, or maleness has to give a reason for why it should be permitted to exist.

So claiming masculinity is 'toxic' is like claiming water is inherently 'toxic'. It doesn't make any sense.

Why do some people do it? To try to make people who have masculinity feel weak. They hate the fact that masculinity is an essential part of the universe. They can't deny its existence, so they downgrade its importance.

There are some males who are not very good people. There are some females who are not very good people. But they are not good people because (hopefully) they are on their way to becoming better people; they are not bad because of their gender. Their gender does not determine whether they are good or bad. Any rumors to the contrary are just irrational nonsense.

Masculinity is the expression of maleness in our species. There is no reason we have to justify the existence of males in any other mammalian species; in fact, the very implication that one might have to is bizarre. So why would anyone have to justify - find a rationale - the existence of maleness in our own species?

Definitions of masculinity may change. Or more precisely, the behaviors associated with being a human male, or the behavior patterns that symbolically represent it, may change. In many cultures undergoing a painful physical or scarring procedure while stoically enduring pain, such as circumcision, was a behavior or ritual that symbolically represented masculinity. That ritual has fallen by the wayside in most modern cultures but it is still practiced in some indigenous cultures.

The rituals and symbolic meanings of masculinity may change over time or vary between cultures. But masculinity itself persists because it is part of the universe.

In modern life, there is tremendous freedom of opportunity for the individual male to decide for themselves what it means to be a man, to be the man that you are and want to be. For example, letting yourself become a victim of paternity fraud is, frankly speaking, unmanly. Having your own opinions about manhood and standing your ground in face of opposition - most of which is ephemeral bullshit anyway - is a manly thing to do.

You can define and perform your own rituals that symbolically represent your masculinity: make yourself smarter, make yourself more productive, make yourself into someone or something that others admire and want to emulate. Make yourself stronger. Manage your time and money better. Put people that make you weak out of your life. Don't do things or pay attention to things that make you weak. Much of pop culture, celebrity culture, advertising, outrage bait, etc., is designed and intended to make you weak.

Respect your masculinity. Pay tribute to it. Cherish it. It is something worth holding on to and one shouldn't take it for granted. You don't have to apologize for it, and never give ground or an ear to anyone who tells you otherwise. Find new behaviors or attitudes that symbolically represent it or pay tribute to it. They don't have to be the same as anybody else's. But most importantly, don't put physical energy, mental energy, or time into things that make you weak.

Schools treat boys like defective girls. Psychologists design therapy sessions around the female mind. Boys/men just experience/process things differently, we are different. But instead of acknowledging that difference, it was decided that one is right and one is simply wrong. Men are just there to shut up and keep the world running. If they decide to walk away and only take care of themselves, they'll be harassed for it.

You can take your revenge on society by simply walking away and let them fend for themselves. The book 'Men on Strike' written by Helen Smith was surprisingly ahead of it's time in 2013.

Because the goal of defeminization is the purpose of the current form of "feminism", which can't be called that. The worst of it is that it isn’t just on feminist Reddit pages. If it were, it could be dismissed as just a few hurt and hateful women seeking company of the same. But we hear this all the time from so-called “experts” (Suzanna Danuta Walters), other leading feminists, feminist journalists (Lisa Wilkinson for example) and female politicians. Especially if there is a high profile murder of a woman. It’s apparently not the criminal murder but ALL men who are responsible, and apparently these thugs only rape and murder women because we “let them”, or in the twisted minded of some of these feminists, actually encourage them to “terrorise women”.

And these are people give a loud voice by mainstream media to shape politics, who produce “studies” which are cited to draft laws and policies, or indeed are actual lawmakers. These women and their male enablers actually impact negatively on actual lives. They’re not just a bunch of sad and angry women letting off steam on a sub.

This is my personal opinion:
It is important to know that you are true to yourself. If you see bad behavior from men, you can criticize it. But you don't have to, if you know that you will be put in a corner or insulted or attacked yourself. As long as you can say to yourself you behave in your opinion right and behave well and are a gentlemen, then no one can accuse you of anything and if there are still some give shit on them. Eventually the time will come when this will all topple over.
