So. Almost through my divorce which has been ongoing for 10 months. I have been living in my own place for the past 10 months. I am loving the single life. But being so used to having someone to share stuff with, I often find myself falling very quickly for new girls.

How do I prevent myself from developing feelings or attachment so quickly again?

I am not saying I'll never get married again. If it is real good, maybe. But dang, I can't be falling again so quickly. My previous marriage eas a codependency and I was the enable allowing it. Forming attachment so quickly again obviously will lead to me enabling someone to become dependent on my or super attached so quickly and sit in the same situation again 5 years down the line.

How do you guys keep your head cool and calm when dating and talking to new girls?

How do you get over those in-love of infatuation feelings caused by the norepinephirine and just be happy in my emotional center and okay being by myself?

It is really hard and my mind keeps obsessing over every girl that I date that I really like.
