I briefly went on a few dates with this girl whom I thought was different - family oriented, kind etc. She ended things quite suddenly and we spoke on the phone and, after I probed, she admitted that there was no sexual attraction to me. I pursued this and asked about guys she had dated in the past, and she said that she did go on a date with a really hot dude, but he had a shit personality and they spoke about nothing. So guess what she did? I asked why she didn't try a 2nd date and she said "oh believe me, I tried". They went on a second date and the conversation was still dead so she ended things.

Hearing the words "Oh believe me, I tried", when Chad literally put in ZERO effort, killed me inside because of how hard I had to work to date her. And at the end of 6-8 hours of talking on the phone, 3 "going out" dates and three work lunches together, she says that there wasn't a "spark", a.k.a I'm not attractive.

I don't think I'll ever recover from that, and at this point I've deleted all dating apps and don't ever talk to women unless they're already my friends. I have a good career, graduated in Medicine from a Top 3 Global University, have a good body etc, but I'd give it all up in a heartbeat to become more attractive.

Fucking cruel world, but better to know the truth than live in delusion.
