So on your (seddit's) advice I purchased the audiobook and have been listening to it nonstop today! His approach is like a breath of fresh air after being trapped in the PUA mindset for so long. It's going to take some time to change. I do have the following questions for the community:

Manson advocates direct openers and early displays of interest in women so you can find out if they are interested, neutral or disinterested. By putting the ball in their court, so to speak, am I giving up all my power in the interaction by letting them choose? Should I just escalate with every female until they either reject me or are receptive? Seems there could be some calibration issues.
How does he propose you handle female friends or females you want to keep neutral? i.g. females at work, school, friends of friends or acquaintances you want to save for escalation later?
I think I'm too picky with women for whatever reason. I'll find myself not attracted because they are shallow, silly, unintelligent, or just have some physical features I don't care for. One more question before I go to sleep. One thing I noticed from a past relationship is a girl would often text me before she was about to shower. I remember one such occasion she sent me a picture of herself clothed after I said some bullshit trying to be cute or something. Should I have pushed for nudes? I imagine this could've bolstered the chances for sex later, and I know I could've made it into an alpha style remark. Or should you stray away from nudes?
