Couldn't agree more. I worked in a very social job for the past year and honed my already good social skills. I was laid off, so I started driving for uber. When people want to be quiet, I let them be quiet. If someone asks a single question, then I take off like a rocket with the conversation. I charge the ride with positive energy, I smile, I laugh, and I joke with them. I tell them my story and about my life, what I've done with it and what I will do with it. I've received a ton of compliments on everything from my beard, my hair, my jokes, my attitude, and just my energy. That's typically the same way people have been treating me all year long.

Women typically throw themselves your way when you act like this. The only time women don't flirt with me is when they're with their boyfriends and even then, a large portion still flirt.

And men? Well, just last night a really nice guy from New York (that's been running his own business there since he was 19) exchanged numbers with me and offered to help me with anything if I find myself in New York. Said I was a great person and that everybody there would love me, etc etc etc. And as conceited as it sounds, my first thought was, "I think people would love me wherever I go."

I don't think it's conceited, because I genuinely love people, too. And I love life.

Lots of seduction principles apply to many other aspects of your life. For example, maintaining strong eye contact and being confident is a huge asset in the corporate world. It helps getting a better salary, or a better job, etc.

I agree! People are attracted by your energy and people want to be a part of it. People can feel negative energy when someone is down, miserable and being negative, and they don't want to be involved. But it's the complete opposite when someone is fun, happy and positive about life; people join in. Women join in. It shows you are comfortable in your own skin.

I've had attention a few times in clubs, to the point where absolute strangers want to take selfies with me on my phone! One of the things I do is dance they way I want to. I'm not a very good dancer, I don't care if I look like an idiot, people can see that I'm into the music and the atmosphere and want to be involved. It's the whole idea of body language and non verbal communication. I occasionally stand away from my friends into my own space so I'm in the zone. It can make you look alpha, and not someone without any friends.

I have realized how true this is very recently. One of the videos Julien did stuck with me where he said he goes out and just start talking to everyone. I thought I was just using people for warm-up, but it actually is what makes the night fun. Like, I slept the best I had Friday night in a long time. Just laughed a ton and was very social. Life and conversations are random and interesting. Most guys I've randomly talked to are pretty damn nice and they get you talking and in a social mood. Sometimes they even introduce you to girls they are hanging with on the spot because due to some circumstance, friend is available, and they aren't after it and they are just being mad friendly. Makes transitioning to girls seem like a warm approach.

I love this post. It resonates with something very important that I discovered recently. My friends and I went to this outdoor EDM festival last week in a different city, and I decided to not give any fucks about what happened, to live in the moment, and to simply have fun. I was laughing, smiling and dancing like crazy and what ended up happening was a bunch of people came to me to smile, to laugh, to talk, to dance! I was told by strangers about what an awesome person I was and that they enjoyed meeting me. One of my friends' girlfriends who came with us mentioned how every time they turned around, I was always shaking hands with someone and being introduced, or introducing myself. I love those moments.

From the experience, I learned that when you're searching for something - an event or an experience, you will often become disappointed with yourself if it doesn't occur. I guess this is what you guys refer to as "outcome dependant". It knocks your confidence down a peg. Rather, if you are having fun, you will naturally attract other people who want to have fun as well.

How do you maintain being high-energy energy for long periods of time? I find that being positive and upbeat for a long time makes me tired and I can't maintain a positive and high-energy mindset when I get tired, I just become quiet. I don't want to take any drugs either.
