So as the title states I am a 25 year old virgin. Let me explain my story. Grew up with strict immigrant parents in Brooklyn. Since grade school I wasn’t allowed to go outside because at the time in the mid 90s and early 2000s the crack era was still at its height. Crime was high,gangs were acting reckless and the streets were getting pretty bad. So the only time I saw my friends was during the school year. Once summer started didnt see them until September. So this went on from kindergarten to 8th grade. I had crushes in middle school and shit but they were meaningless. I was always an optimistic person and believed once I went to high school that I would get chicks but that wasn't the case. In high school it was the same as middle school. My pops wanted me to focus on my education and not dating or hanging out with friends. So I would always lie to hangout with my friends in the day time. However I wasn’t allowed to be at parties I was invited to. There was plenty of lonely Friday nights. Every year I had hope. Freshman year turned to sophomore year then junior year then senior year came. I had a lot of crushes and there was a lot of broads who had crushes on me but I didn't do shit cuz I didn't have game,couldn’t go out to hangout with them,and had no money for dates since I wasn't allowed to work.

Senior year was the worst. That was when I can say I was depressed. Parents didn’t allowed me to go to prom because they have paranoial fears of me dying from drunk drivers. I saw cats lamer and pathetic then me getting ass while I wasn’t. So I graduated high school in 2009 the same I graduated from junior high in 2005. A virgin who never kissed a girl or have a girlfriend. At college it was were I started reading PUA stuff and starting adopting them. I would always tease a chick,make her laugh but I couldn’t seal the deal since I was being sheltered by my over protective parents. All my friends got laid left and right. At college of course I lied about getting girls and not being a virgin. When my friends had convos about getting chicks I would either stay quiet in shame or interject some regular lie. From 2009-2013 I didn’t have a cellphone. So it was hard contacting friends. I would lie my phone is broken or that I am saving to buy a new phone. I was invited to parties but never went. I was not going to parties so much that people stopped inviting me to them. In 2013 I got a phone but it didn’t mean nothing. I was too pussy to close, didn’t have a clue how to approach chicks and had the limitations my parents put on me. At college I got more and more depress as the years went on. Chicks that had a thing for me moved on to other guys while I was still on the wayside. I was sad,angry,depressed,and hiding behind a lie by acting confident but not feeling it. People thought I was cool and many dudes who were getting more ass then me came to me for advice.

So I graduated last May and had to come back in September for one class. I finished college the same I entered a virgin, never had a girl,never had a kiss. My father still refused me to work. He is very strict and wanted to focus on school not money. Now that I am out I am volunteering to get out the house. I have friends but I also have a close circle of 2 friends who are virgins like me. They are a year older then me and still in college. One of them signed up for Simple Pickup and I started watching the videos and I got excited. However I am not apply what they were teaching. I would go outside to approach and I would walk for hours and not approach. Fear would gripe my mind and I would put so much pressure on myself. But it always end them same. I would go out for 3-4 hours walk around,don't approach and go home depressed and angry at myself. I am currently working out 6 days a week and doin intermittent fasting. I am looking for work now. But I daily always think about being a virgin and think of all the wasted years. I haven’t changed one bit since 2005 since I went to high school. I could go outside and get so fearful so scared to approach its paralyzing. My friend who told me about Simple Pickup looks at me crazy when I tell him I'm gonna approach but don’t do it. I don’t blame him. I am being a giant pussy and not taking initiative and I'm wasting time not doing this. So this is my story and the reason I am here is to be part of a community that I can be accountable to. There is thousands of PUA forums but I chose reddit because it is the best for me. I want people ere to be brutally honest with me. So here it is and this is my story. Tell where do I need to start and fix. It is scary how time goes by fast. In 5 years I will be 30. I do not want the next five years to be the same as the last five years.
