OK I just glossed through your history too.

You need to develop some emotional strength. Everyone hates doing stuff they don't like and being uncomfortable. You need to learn to live with that. You're already miserable so why care if it's uncomfortable when you know you'll feel better after?
Stop letting your sadness go into a feedback loop. It's ruining and you might need professional help for that.
Let off that bomb of neediness, low self-esteem and social inability. You've been cooped up way too long and you need to get a lot of human contact in just to function properly.
Realize that you are just some guy just like every other guy out there is just some guy. So stop giving a fuck about what she'll think about you, about whether you are at the top of your game before you approach and about how the interaction will go.

And this is all stuff that would just solve itself if you listen to /u/I_HATE_GOLD_'s masterful advice.

Well it's not that cut and dry...

There may be a genetic element, but every man who is alive today has a genetic line of millions of successful fathers. /r/Gustav_Sirvah carries the same amount of genetic potential as Brad Pitt and Hussein Bolt.

So his father and grandfather etc. may have been successful with wile, smarts, chutzpah, managing people, etc. (other things besides looks and athleticism) but his dad had just as much success as my dad and everybody's dad... we know because: Gustav is here.

And there may be an "upbringing" element. But luckily today we have psychology and therapy and it's possible to battle the demons of childhood drama and destructive parenting...

The last step to overcoming any remaining issues is crossing the two lines, first awareness and then action. Just by asking these questions on reddit, he is mostly already aware. If he reads these answers he'll be as aware as he he can be.

The biggest difference Gustav still has remaining is to start taking action. And he can do that tomorrow. He is asking, so he's right on the cusp of succeeding.

Your negativity helps no one, not even you.

So, take your predetermination and sit on it.

I study a lot of things, not for school or anything, but because I like learning - fitness related (just check my Reddit user comments you'll understand) and programming / server management. I've been moderator and admin of many forums and websites. Started coding really young.
Lots and lots of knowledge programming/networking wise, learning everyday, I've coded many different apps in many different programming languages, never have I ever taken a course on coding or anything, all learned online through forums, videos, and experience.
I know how to cook since working out is useless without proper nutrition, I started cooking around 2 years ago, counting macros, etc, so I could get proper results in my physique.
I don't travel much, spend most of my time at home, on pc.

I'd always spend my time coding and managing online communities so I'd neglect school and friends for the most part, and since I was always able to pass subjects without studying shit I never really bothered much.

My life staled 2 years ago when I finished school. I have no friends, no connections no nothing.

What bothers me is that I never really had any type of social anxiety, I've always been able to talk with people very easily, but that changed a lot since I've began to isolate myself.

I can barely talk to the bakery dude to ask for bread, my voice is all shaky for some reason, and my heart feels like is about to explode. I cannot seem to be able to talk with people anymore, it's ridiculous.
