I’m going to give you some quick lessons and tips I’ve learned over my 5+ year pickup journey. I went through a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to learn this stuff so trust me when I say just 1 of these tips can change your life!

  1. You must be willing to die for your goals and dreams, if not you probably won’t achieve them

  2. If you want to be successful with women, you must learn and develop alpha male traits

  3. Women are attracted to men they can’t have (she wants a challenge)

  4. Transmuting anger and frustration into motivation is a powerful way to get yourself to take action towards your goals

  5. Key to success = Don’t think just do

  6. The cave that you fear holds the treasure you seek

  7. What you resist persists

  8. Never chase a woman

  9. Be willing to crash and burn your sets

  10. If you have a tough time approaching on your own, get a good wingman to help push you

  11. Stop trying to look cool, or tough, instead be friendly and comfortable

  12. Enthusiasm is contagious

  13. Be the observed not the observer

  14. Smile more and stop walking around with a serious face

  15. When you don’t feel like approaching a woman, just approach anyway

  16. The world’s sensitivity is not your problem

  17. Once you become fearless life becomes limitless

  18. Intelligence > Emotion

  19. Don’t take shit personal

  20. Fear is a manifestation of too much seriousness and care

  21. It’s not about getting the girl, it’s about being a man

To be honest I could go on and on when it comes to tips and lessons I’ve learned but the ones I mentioned here are more than enough to change your life if you really grasp and apply them.
