Most guys don’t take the time to create a fun cool instagram and a polished linkedin showing what a great career you have. This is the more important element than your 6 pics to make the match. If she can’t find you online, she will assume you are hiding because you are married or have a girlfriend.

The guys who understand how women use dating apps, work on the marketing of themselves to design implied desirability. I would say this is no more than 5% of guys on dating apps that are getting 90% of the dates with girls. The guys that setup the online persona are the players and the cheaters most of the time. This is why, are we dating the same guy is such a common occurrence.

Girls keep falling for marketing is why they get so sick of wasting their time on dating apps. Great guys who just want a girlfriend are not going through all the effort it takes to get endless dates to hookup with girls. Girls on apps only swipe right on a guy that she feels is worthy of her and would make her friends jealous. Creates a cycle of girls dating guys that want soft harems and not a relationship.

Talked to my girlfriend recently about dating apps and she was surprised she found me because she believes there’s not really any suitable boyfriends on them. I said there is a lot you’re just never swiping right on them like all the other girls.

Yeah, dating apps are full of married men and assholes. When I was on Bumble, out of the last 10 dates I had planned, I did a reverse look up on Google and found 5 of them were married. That's why I wouldn't use apps anymore. It's full of predators.

Go to the subreddit theotherwoman. You will see how many women are dating cheaters and completely fine with it and how they get dumped at the first sign of the wife finding out. They all share their stories and it is a very good window into these thought processes.

They would legit rather be with a man who is cheating than a man who doesn’t fit their preferences. Knowing these things inspired me to get in better shape and have better finances because no matter what women are gonna prefer these things even if you are a nice guy who doesn’t have a wife.

You're not accounting for the fact that these girls are probably full of shit.

Their dudes might actually be average, but a girl in the infatuation phase of love is obviously going to be biased in favor of the guy they chose. She'll want to tell her friends all the good qualities about him, to either get their approval for the relationship or just make them jealous.

When talking to her friends she's likely not going to say what she personally finds attractive about him (she might not even know how to articulate it.) She'll tell her friends what she assumes her friends will want to hear, or what she thinks will make her boyfriend sound the most attractive. It might not be entirely a lie, but she'll certainly emphasize her guy's sterotypically "Chaddish" traits while downplaying his less stellar aspects.

I think that's a much more likely scenario than believing that these guys are able to date five girls each and somehow keep it a secret from everyone.

Beauty standards are a real thing I don't think people are arguing this. So obviously people who conform to beauty standards are going to be more popular. Having a varied taste in men doesn't mean they would literally date anyone. Men also behave this way, that's why they are constantly reminding everyone how fat women are disgusting. "oh but fat women can get more dates than incels!" sure and the reason for that is men are hornier, so they sacrifice some standards to get their dick wet

I would also like to point out how maybe the problem of a couple of guys cheating on all this women maybe could be fixed by holding these men accountable for cheating. Instead of saying something like "she's so dumb, she trusted her bf!" because trust is the default in a relationship.
