Women secretly resent all the work they have to do to paid and would prefer to just have money. Similarly alot of men secretly resent all the work they have to do get into a relationship and would prefer to just have women. And the more difficult it is for people to get some the harder it is for them to give it up, and the easier it is for them to take it when it is offered. And the more they want something the easier it is to rationalize doing whatever it is to get it.

Women how easy is it to spend your own hard-earned money? Wouldn't you prefer to spend someone else's money before you had to spend your own money? Ofcourse you do, and it's perfectly rational to have that preference. But just like women would prefer not to spend their own hard-earned money which they earned if they don't have to, men also would prefer not to forego Women(the access to which they earned) if they don't have to.

Men do more work than women to earn their optionality, so it's hard for men to give that optionality up. For the same reason why it's also easier to take that option when it is offered. Ladies how often have you ever turned free money, assuming it's offered in good faith? Probably never. If someone offered you free money as like a gift, you probably wouldn't say, "oh no thank you, I have enough money." It's very hard to turn down genuine free money and you probably couldn't think of a logical reason to do so anyway.

Your employer may not be thrilled about it. But why? Well, if his employees could get free money without having to work for it, he kinda couldn't use money to incentivize employees to be the ends of his means anymore atleast not without offering a better deal anyway. Free money would drive up the price of employment. By the same token, it's very hard for a man to say no to a woman who is offering herself at him. Ofcourse the socially acceptable thing for him to say, is "oh I already have a woman.".

And to men's credit, they significantly turn down women way more often than women turn down money. However it's very hard to do so, and ofcourse it doesn't always happen. His woman might not be thrilled about it? But why? If men could get sex without working for it, then women couldn't use sex to incentivize the man be the means to her ends anymore, atleast not without offering a better deal.

Free sex would drive up the price for commitment( this why women evolved to practice slutshaming, and shaming men who accessed prostitute services). And that leads me to my final point, women let's say that you've worked hard for your money, and wanted to enjoy the fruits of your labour for many years to come, so you decide to consult with a financial advisor on how to bets invest your hard-earned cash, do you think that advisor would ever under any circumstance ever, counsel you to put all your money in one stock?

Of course not, no advisor in their right mind would advise you to do that, the advisor would advisor would advice you to diversify your portfolio because incase the market goes south you're not gonna completely be taken to the cleaners do you see, because the diversification of your portfolio is an essential component of husbanding your finances properly. By the same token, alot of men let's say diversify their portfolios with women, ladies it's nothing personal, infact if you can look at it objectively it's kind of the rational move.

Just like it's not really prudent to invest your entire life savings in only one stock, alot of men correctly see the risk in investing entirely in one woman, especially if that woman can leave at a moments notice anytime without any real recourse.(the few that do invest in 1 woman, end up doing dangerous things to her as soon as hypergamy rears its ugly head).

It's human nature, to chose the best available compensation package or to leave a preexisting position for a better offer. Shaming and blaming either way does little to change reality. When men have other women on the side they don't do so because they are pathological, they do so because it's really really really hard to turn down free money, and because it's really really stupid to invest all your money in one stock. Ladies the more you look at and understand how you treat your own hard-earned money the more you'll understand how men are going to treat you.
