Prior to mass establishment of social media and dating apps, nearly the same. After, basically any woman can go on as many dates as she wants.

This is what men are so upset about online. It used to be some mid introverted woman with low self esteem was always available. Now those non-outgoing girls got high standards for casual dating because she exists online.

Getting the dates is easier for the woman and being a desirable partner is also easier for introverted women:

Realistically both would struggle compared to their alternate reality extroverted self but since men do the approaching typically the woman would have it “easier” than the man in this case.

Less social women are tolerated more. Almost any quality is tolerated in women as long as they are attractive and as long as they enjoy sex.

Introversion for a non-outlier male should make dating exponentially difficult. Men are usually the ones who have to pursue and initiate partly due to female passivity and possibly also due to difference in libido/desire. Introversion for females shouldn't be that terrible as long as she interacts with humans somehow.

Introverted men. Could be region dependent, but in the US introverted women are more often than not treated as innately defective, like our introversion is a character flaw.
